I have been a participant for many studies with vocal views over the years. They have been nothing short of supportive, effective and fair. I have not had a bad experience with them. There is always new studies (great ones) so many different opportunities to participate, the recruitment stage is really quick and straightforward, the questionnaires are clear, the staff are all lovely, and the incentives are quiet competitive! They are my favourite!

I completed the Nutritional Drinks research in Aug/Sep 2023 and still haven't yet received my incentive. Despite numerous emails to V V and couple of phone calls, there is just no movement from V V. Now my question is : when will I receive my incentive that is way overdue to me??

Signing up for VocalViews was very easy, but the most positive thing I have to say is the good communication from the agents- communication through email and calls offered a clear sense of what the project was going to be about and the ways I was getting involved. I recommend signing up because you never know what project might be worth your time :)

A very organised company with great communication. A really friendly bunch who are always quick to respond to queries. I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a skincare study with Vocal Views. The products were sent promptly, I appreciated the timely reminders on survey days and the payment was speedy upon completion. I hope to participate in more research in the future! The organization was very good from Vocal Views - I've done a couple of these and usually the organization is terrible, so well done! I have been applying to take part in research from Vocal Views for quite some time now. You can't be accepted in every study you apply of course, however in the studies that I did take part, I had a great experience every single time. Different topics, different concepts, even different kinds of interview - every single time i thoroughly enjoyed every single minute I spent on the study. The guys in the team are also amazing and super friendly, the platform is extremely easy to use and well designed. Also, you always get paid so nothing to worry about that! I am looking forward to taking part in another of their studies soon!

I have taken part in a handful of market research studies over the years with Vocal Views and always find the questionnaires easy to follow and complete, once recruited everything is well explained verbally and in an email. I've personally always taken part in really engaging and interesting studies from Smartphones, to Gaming, to Audio Systems, stuff that I generally have an interest in. To top it off you get paid for your time. All in all a really great experience to date.

Have been a participant for their research and can’t fault it. Brilliant, friendly team, quick communication. They kept me well informed throughout which enabled me to enjoy the experience. Only small thing I would mention is about their website. It isn’t mobile friendly so when you are trying to complete a survey is quite hard to do on the mobile.

Really good experience with Vocal Views - recently did a skincare study, and unfortunately the products were sent out to my old address. I let them know and they were able to send out the products to my new address, so that I was still able to take part (was worried I wouldn't now!). Nicole at VV is also super friendly and helpful, and getting paid for the study was super easy and relatively quick. Would recommend! No funny business with this company which I've experienced at other focus group ones.
