I have been doing market research for vocal views since 2015, it is one of the best market research companies I have worked for. I am treated fairly and the staff are absolutely lovely. I have ALWAYS been paid for the jobs I have done and communication is kept up regularly. Their website is easy to use and navigate and my overall experience has been pleasant. I will definitely be working with vocal views again in the future.

I recently took part in a skincare research project and cant wait to take part in some more research for Vocal Views, such a smooth process and great way to make some extra money especially coming up to christmas! From the initial email right through to payment Nicole was there to answer any questions, really quick to come back on a few queries I had, always friendly and helpful, money was paid in the timeframe she said it would be. All in all a really smooth process!

I took part in product sampling and market research for some beautiful skincare. Surveys were easy to complete and products left my skin super glowy so great experience all around.

I think the skincare study was extremely well organised by vocal views and the team have been nothing but polite and responsive. I’ve done quite a few market research studies over the last few months however this might have to be my favourite so far, I would definitely invest in the client product going forward.

The staff are very professional and communicate well regarding test/studies. They are reachable by email and phone and respond quickly. The rewards are generous for participating and the tests are fun. The recruiting, task and payment process is clear and understandable. I would definitely recommend!

I participated in a skincare research study which involved testing products, a focus group interview and online interview. Testing luxury skincare was wonderful and the focus group was actually fun. The agent (Nicole) I was assigned to was very informative, she replied to my email queries quickly and was very approachable. I have participated in research studies with other companies, however Vocal views is outstanding as they make you fully aware of what will happen beforehand and are the most friendly and professional people ever. Payment was prompt too.

I've done a number of interviews with Vocal Views and they have always been interesting and relevant to topics I enjoy talking about. They run the process like a well-oiled machine and the payments are pretty good value for the time required. Its a great way to make a bit of cash on the side and fun to do!

I had a great experience from start to finish on a technology research project. The application process was straight forward, I was able to log in with my google email which saved me creating an account from scratch. The recruiter contacted me and explained the project requirements and pre task clearly. I was told when my incentive would be paid and how it would be paid. The pre task instructions were very clear on the emailed document. The research call itself was very interesting and informative. Once concluded the aftercare I received was impressive, they checked in to see if I needed any assistance. My incentive was paid into my wallet and ready for me to withdraw within the time period stated. The withdrawal from the wallet into my bank account was instant. I had a fantastic experience this week with these guys. I was recruited to take part in a short Focus Group via Zoom. At all times the communication was spot on and efficient. I received calls and texts to check that I was still ok to take part and I was paid within 24 hours for my participation. A very positive experience for me.

Do not waste your time doing any jobs for this company. This is the WORST Market Research Company on the market. I completed a Mystery Shop for a department store 2 months ago now and patiently waited for the '21 working day' to be paid for this job. I contacted customer service 6/7 times and had received no response back. I phoned Vocal Views on the contact number on their website and email addresses and each time I called was told 'the person who you are trying to call is on the phone'- they have clearly set their phones up to not be disturbed. It has now been TWO MONTHS since I COMPLETED the job and I still haven't heard anything- no communication from anyone in the team..... What sort of communication is this? I have warned my family and friends to never do research for Vocal Views again- the worst on the market that's for sure.
