A seamless process to get my new table top freezer. I ordered it late one afternoon and it arrived 36 hours later as requested with free delivery. It was well packed and in perfect condition when it arrived. It was the best price by far from all the other shops and online retailers and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the efficiency of the whole process.

The item I ordered was cancelled. I was not told beforehand so dutifully wasted an entire day waiting for the delivery that never happened. Rubbish

Good price on my new Bosch washer dryer and delivery guys were great and took it straigtht into thegarage for me. Note: somebody has to be there to sign for it. Down sides: didn't know when delivery was going to be until less than 24hrs before it was due - despite sending emails about this which were not responded to. I was working so not able to respond before they closed. Once spoken to things worked out.

No sign of item on chosen delivery date and no contact from company. Phone company myself whom stated the item was not put on delivery lorry and will be delivered following day, forcing someone to stay home to wait.

This is simply upright vacuum cleaner. A tad noisey but it does the job. I bought for my son in who is now in his first house share, its not sophisticated like shark or dyson, but at £50 it is good value. The cleaner was delivered very promptly with good communication via text from the seller.

1st chest freezer did not work only got as cold as a fridge spoke to Dan he arranged collection and re delivery of a new one. After Unpacking second freezer found it was badly dented on the corner and has a crease on the back as though it had been dropped. Took photos and sent them to Richard three days ago and heard nothing! This freezer does freeze so it does work but for a new product looks bad and not sure how long it will last. I will fill in my guarantee - watch this space ........
