We waited for the fridge way beyond the delivery date then rang the company. They said we had to ring the courier which we did who said they hadn’t received it so get back to seller. We did and we’re told they had no more in stock so had to have a refund. Did not see why we had to chase courier, not them! On a positive note they did give us an instant refund.

Easy experience and fast delivery, however, if you don’t need your item straight away make sure you have storage space. I selected a delivery date a few weeks in advance to coincide with my kitchen being fitted but it arrived the very next day.
