Fridge was in stock and as promised was delivered the next day. It was delivered to my front door.
I ordered a AEG oven from them but unfortunately it got damaged in transit so never received it in the end and there were no more in stock all had been taken in orders. They were very helpful and polite by phone and emails. Offered me alternative item with a good offer for the trouble they had caused. Defo recommend.

I didn't receive my product from you and I have sent three messages informing you of the non arrival of my order and requesting a refund!!! Still no reply so I am not a happy customer. Will not be using you again as yo still owe me £24 99!!! Very disappointed. I just have to add that I received a phone call from a very nice young man today. He is going to rectify the problem I had. I have to say that these things do happen, and I feel happy how they have dealt with my problem and I am pleased with the service they have given me.

Arrived scratched and packaging damaged

When the item I ordered (an electric log burner) arrived it turned up in a box that had been damaged and crushed on one corner. The damaged box had a sticker saying “checked” on it and had been taped together. The box was rattling Inside, It wasn’t a great first impression. As expected, when I then opened the box I found the stove was damaged with one of the legs smashed into pieces. Clearly this hadn’t been checked in any detail!! I’ve emailed customer services and had no reply, I sent photos and asked for a replacement or a refund. As of yet I have heard nothing back from them, so I’m left with a broken item unsafe to use and nearly £100 out of pocket. I wish I’d listened to the reviews and not used this company now. Pretty fed up.
Don't use they delivered me the wrong item iv emailed them numerous times and they still havmt got back to me not sorted out my problem I still havmt recieved my item still waiting for reply, what a joke
Placed my order item showing as in stock selected my delivery date which cane and went no signs of the microwave and no contact from the company. Couple of days after the arranged delivery date had to contact the company to find out what was happening to be told it had been damaged whilst in delivery. I accept things get damaged but failed to inform me and no contact from the company

The whole process was very easy and happy with my purchase. When ordering I had the option of choosing a delivery date to suit which I chose when I knew someone would be free that particular day, I then received an email the following day saying it would be delivered the next day, 2days earlier than I had requested. A member of my family had to rearrange to be in that day which fortunately for me they were able to do so.
We bought a cream retro style Montpellier microwave from Viewclickbuy in June 2020 and four months later found that the surface of the base inside was deteriorating rapidly. I contacted the Company via eBay and was surprised and delighted by the prompt and courteous response. Within a few days the faulty microwave had been picked up by courier and the very next day the replacement microwave was delivered.

Item came damaged however satisfactory resolution after speaking with the company. The fridge itself is just what we wanted and needed for our new project.
