Your delivery driver left the freezer in front of the door. He said I only do door to door. This item is not a parcel, it is big appliance. I had to ask someone to bring it inside. Leaving the freezer outside and driving off is not the right attitude, if it rains, the equipment will be damaged. Your company should review delivery procedures & do business with the right courier company that take pride in their job.
Well when it arrived I was impressed due to the fact it was a day earlier than expected the driver was pleasant dropped it off I signed for it took it inside opened the box took it out and there is damage the the outside of the freezer where its dented and the one foot is damaged also bent I'm still awaiting for click and buy to get back in contact to see what they are going to do about it I've sent photos of damaged area so I wouldn't personally buy off this company again.
Bought a replacement filter(carb-04) on 24/05/21 with a delivery date selected on 26/05/21, as of today(31/05/21) still waiting delivery.

Fast great service and fantastic item Just as described and at a bargain price
Ordered a new built in microwave last Tuesday at a great price. It arrived next day. Opened the box last Friday and found it was the wrong colour. Phoned View Click Buy who apologised for the error and said that a replacement would be sent out when a courier picked up the one sent in error. Courier arrived no more than 30 minutes later. Replacement duly arrived just after lunchtime last Saturday. Now okay the error was theirs in the first place, but once they became aware of it the speed with which they acted was very impressive. I will have no hesitation buying from them again.
Sent wrong model drinks cooler. They won't reply to my emails
Purchased a small freezer which arrived with some ( hopefully minor cosmetic) damage, As per instructions, tried to notify supplier in relation to warranty issues etc but have been ignored. Other issue was that I picked a specific date for delivery and item came the day before - lucky I was in. Quick to take money but their customer service is needing work. Hoping the warranty for item will still be valid.

This appears to be a new company that is struggling to get off the ground. Sadly, my order with them quickly became a shambles with very poor communications and difficulty contacting them and their delivery company. When I couldn't contact VCB I had to find Furdeco on the web to find out what was going on. The delivery driver apparently insisted that they had called me within the 1/2 hr. prior to delivery spot at 7am. I had the phone by my bedside all night to make sure I did not miss it. I did not receive such a call and apparantly they drove away and it was necessary for me to choose another day for delivery. Now, with defrosting food that would need to be thrown away, I cancelled the delivery and the order with VCB. I gave them a generous 2 * because when I eventually got through to VCB, the operative listened and agreed a full refund immediately. I would suggest that you use this company at your own risk until they get their act in order.
Absolutely the worst service I have known, I had a fridge delivered which was damaged, I refused delivery as you should, the drivers then tried to convince me to take it anyway and told me to contact the company to arrange a return, I refused and old them to take it back. I have had zero response from them, in fact my order on their website shows that its been completed, it clearly has not. To try and get a new fridge sent or even a refund, I followed their instructions on their website to make contact. I have emailed, phoned many many times and still no reply. Be aware, the customer service phone lines cut off after 5 or so rings, and no reply to emails. I will be contacting my payment provider to ask them to intervein and get a refund. Poor company. Never again.
