Love this fire. Its beautiful and stunning. It looks very modern with the crystals and very sleek. The lights around the fire make it look very trendy. The only thing I would say is that it is quite noisy when the heater is on.

We bought a Neff oven from Viewclickbuy. It arrived in a poor state courtesy of a non too careful delivery service, despite being generously and carefully packaged and, well labeled three corners were damaged. Viewclickbuy were onto making our purchase good very quickly. A replacement unit was dispatched the following day and a representative arrived to inspect and collect the damaged unit. The replacement unit arrived the same day, it was so well packed it would have withstood a train-wreck. The communications with Viewclickbuy were very efficient, polite and no nonsense at all, if anything our pain was their pain, and they were very keen to put it right. We can all do our ordinary job well, that's easy, it's an ordinary day; how well we solve problems is where we prove ourselves and gain our reputation. Viewclickbuy have earned our respect, with medals, in the way, speed, efficiency and with courtesy they handled and solved our problem - that was caused by somebody else. In our case they deserve more than five stars - seven if we could. We recommend them with no reservation whatsoever, even worth a premium in the purchase price - they're worth it.

I placed an order on 9/10/20, cancelled the next day, followed up with 2 emails, then 2 phone calls where I was promised a refund within 48hrs .... it’s the 24/10/20 and I am still waiting for a refund from this company ... appalling customer service !!!

Fridge freezer arrived with dent in pack sent photos and email to customer services. No reply whatsoever. Great fridge. Poor experience with the company. Beware your item may be cheaper than elsewhere but may arrive damaged. Maybe this review will illicit a response.

I have never used this company before. Ordered a table top freezer on Friday which arrived Monday am. The freezer was an excellent price and was well packed. Couldn’t really ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend this company from my experience.

These guys are a small company trying to compete against AO and Curry’s. I bought an under counter fridge from them and the service was excellent. I was a little hesitant given some of the reviews I’d read but the price was good and they delivered it ahead of schedule. There was a small amount of damage on the fridge when I unpacked it. It wasn’t click buys fault as it wasn’t very well packaged from the manufacturer but they responded quickly to my case and offered a partial refund which was all processed within a couple of days. My experience was really positive and I’d use them again.
