I purchased a Husky Wine Cooler from this company around 7 months ago and it performed extremely well until it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Viewclickbuy and the cooler was picked up the next day. As they did not have one in stock they ordered one and from another source and they had one by the following Tuesday when I checked with them and arranged for it to be delivered the following day, which it was. Their team was extremely friendly and kept me well informed all of the way through the replacement process( Thanks Emily? and Richard). This is what custommer service is all about

I lost £850 as I unknowingly signed a disclaimer form on delivery relinquishing my consumer rights. Due to COVID I ordered the cooker and hood early as having a kitchen fitted so they were stored in my garage, so not opened until 28 days later. Had the disclaimer been explained I wouldn’t have let the delivery company leave before unpacking the items. Never come across any other company operating like this. I’m not convinced it’s even legal when using third party delivery companies. Devastated. Beware! In response to your reply both items were uninstallable although the outer boxes were completely undamaged. As you can’t see inside the packaging you cannot say they were in perfect condition. There must have been some uniform impact of great force to smash the front of the cooker and dent the hood, the damage was so bad, glass poured out when the box was opened. I repeat that I was unaware of the unpacking service because if they’d offered I would have accepted. All I got was a pen and clipboard in front of me and an indication of where to sign. I have a text on my phone asking me to have a pen ready which says it all really. If he’d said anything along the lines of ‘signing this disclaimer invalidates your consumer rights’ alarm bells would have rung. There was no clear communication. I was outside to guide them, it was cold and windy and I’m hard of hearing so the conditions were not good and then another delivery arrived. A member of your team said he’d speak to the delivery company but I never heard from him again and he didn’t reply to my emails so my complaint was obviously not taken seriously, and the fact of this matter is I am being called a liar. I have called, I have emailed and nothing was done. The fact I had the items for 28 days is immaterial. They were as safe in my garage as in your warehouse. I got them while I could because I was worried Covid was causing manufacturing problems and goods were quickly unavailable. This is something unprecedented and should be taken into account.

Our product was out of stock. We did have to phone to see why it had not arrived must say though customer service very helpful and full refund was given

3 weeks on item still not delivered,company not responding to email or telephone,having to take action to retrieve my money!!!!!!!!

I ordered this over the Xmas holidays and everything was sorted and I had delivery Tuesday after Xmas very fast could not fault anything and communication was spot on

I have not yet received or heard about my order which was meant to be delivered on the 5.01.2021. Could not get hold of anyone. Dreadful service. And still no idea where my item is and chasing a refund.

Initially let down over delivery date plus then the new courier wouldn’t take the old fridge away. After speaking to the lovely Emily everything was resolved speedily.

Was very easy to order, I have spoken to the customer service before proceeding . There was an issue with the delivery as original promise was to deliver on the 31st, where I actually received the package on the 6th. This can easily be as a result of Covid. Would appreciate if someone had called and told me of a delay, so I didn't have to waist all day waiting. Once re-arranged if was great. On time, very polite driver. Two gentlemen delivered to the 4th floor ( without the lift) with no extra charge That was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Will remain as a customer.

Ordered a washing machine on 29th December and was only notified when I rang on the 5th January that the item was not in stock. True there will be extenuating circumstances from covid, however I rang the company multiple times and emailed between these dates and was only notified when my phone call was answered. When it's an essential item like a washing machine being kept informed of any delays in a timely manner is important.

I gave my experience 1 star as I have had a very poor first experience with the company. I placed my order and got my confirmation, a few days later got an email saying my order was on its way and would arrive 31st of December as planned. I still do not have my order and have emailed several times and received no response. Very poor.

I ordered a drinks cooler it arrived on time but damaged and was so damaged I complained and was told someone would collect it and I would receive a new one the day after . Someone came to collect it and it’s now almost been a week I’ve called and emailed several times with no reply! Someone answered my calls but when I explained my situation they hung up on me twice! Disgusting customer service! £129 down the drained!
