I purchased items which were delivered to wrong address customer service were rude and not understanding instead of reassuring me they slam the phone down on me vetsend very poor service I would definitely not recommend this seller to any of my friends they stole my money and I didn't receive my item or refund I want be buying anything from this seller again

I liked the renal variety pack on offer. When my cat was diagnosed with kidney failure, it meant a whole change of diet. She is very picky so I didn’t want to by 56 sachets of one food type in case she didn’t like it. Besides she likes a variety in her diet. Who doesn’t? This was the only company who offers this

Recommended to you by our vet, for canine kidney diet foods. Website easy to use and setting up an account was straightforward. The Taster Pack is a great idea, we now have two of our dogs on it. They enjoy the variety and there seems to be a definite improvement in their condition.

Ordered food for my dog, delivery expected 12th December. Check tracking information on the morning I'm expecting delivery to see that Yodel tracking information still says the package is with the sender (ie. Yodel have not yet collected). Called customer support to query who blamed it on Yodel losing the parcel and said that they can resend but would take another 3-4 working days. Requested refund and was advised this would be processed for me, advised I'd like my dissatisfaction logged and was palmed off with an explanation that it gets sent from the Netherlands and therefore sometimes there are shipping issues. Not good enough that I've had to phone for an update, when the company are apparently already aware that Yodel have lost the package and were happy to just wait and not provide me with any curtousy email or update until I took the initiative to chase it - how long would I have been waiting before getting an update, parcel or refund?

Vet send we’re very good but yodel were rubbish they said they had delivered my parcel but had not. Then they said it would arrive in a couple of days, it did not. So I contacted them again and they said it was returned to sender.

I placed my first ever order via Paypal. When I tried to check status of delivery on web site, became worried that this may have not been a reputable UK site as it defaulted to abroad - and I was concerned I had fallen prey to a scam - it was not overly easy to track delivery or contact customer services.

Came very quickly, value for money. A little fiddly for me, the locking mechanism is quite small compared to most so hard to lock, easier to unlock.
