Les pongo una estrella porque en esta fecha 15/06/2020 estaba programado mi vuelo fue cancelado por lo de la pandemia Covid19 , hasta estas fechas no he tenido respuesta favorable ... Sí necesitan algún PDF o algo más con gusto se lo envío ... Porque estos señores se molestan porque los estoy quemando por aquí ... Comprar en sitios no oficiales o con intermediarios usted tendrá este tipo de problemas ... Saludos

6 tickets bought on 10Jan2020 for flight on 11Aug2020 Istanbul to Islamabad on Oman Air. Flight got cancelled due to Covid19. I have been doing ping-pong emails with Vayama since then to get a refund for $1889..... now they tell me my flight details don't exist on their system and they are irrecoverable. So no details >> no refund. Air line says to claim refund from Vayama and they say to contact the airline..... No one is taking the responsibility to action refund and no one is accountable. Vayama are not trustable, illegitimate business, Refund scammers, not recommended, zero credibility, should be investigated by authorities, fraudulent company and not worth giving a minute of your time and a single dime of your hard earned cash. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost. *DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH VAYAMA*

NO REFUND for 26 months!! Trying to get a refund since July of 2019!! They are keep telling me about COVID! There was no COVID in 2019. The airline (Finnair) already told them twice to refund my money and they keep feeding me lies. Filed BBB complaint. Advice everybody to do the same.

Hi, I'm looking for as many number of people who got their flight booked via Vayama.com and got it cancelled during Covid -19. I too have been waiting to get my money back. The airline refunded the money back in early 2021 and Vayama has been holding on to it. They keep emailing back and making me go in circles. The customer care agents are all Indians and they know how to drag on perfectly. I think since there are many people here who are in my same situation. We should move forward with a class action lawsuit aganist them. Please email me at "inchaperichy" @ gmail.com so we can begin the process . You cant let them take your hard earned money.

We purchased 2 tickets to Zurich from Chicago on January 15, 2020. The flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. We did not initiate cancelling the flights. We were provided with an email from Vayama on Sept 25, 2020 that the refund request had been processed by the airline and Vayama would initiate the transfer into our account. No refund has been placed as of this date. We responded on Dec 31 with an email explaining that we have yet to receive a refund. We received no response. Vayama received the refund from Swiss Air over almost a year ago but has kept the money and not refunded it. Poor business practice.

Vayama sold me two tickets on Ethiopian Airlines in June 2020. In less than two days I was notified by Ethiopian Airlines that the flight had been canceled. I have been trying ever since to get my refund through Vayama. Ethiopian Airlines has a straightforward process for refunding tickets canceled by the airlines but Vayama keeps saying that they haven't received the refund. I asked for proof from Vayama and they said they wouldn't give it to me. It has now been over 14 months. I am trying to warn everyone that I can to never use this company.

Folks, do not wait for them to refund you. Contact your CC company immediately and file a dispute. The reason why they keep dragging on providing people refunds for cancelled flights is because after 60 days from purchase it becomes extremely difficult for you to dispute the charge with your CC company. It’s a time limit that Visa/MasterCard enforces your CC company to abide by. After 60 days your CC company can’t do much for you unless Vayama provides you with a refund invoice with your CC number on it and time frame of when the refund will be given back to you. Yeah.. good luck getting that from them. They are fraudulent company that went under and is now trying to steal everyone’s money using deceptive tactics. DO NOT believe their emails saying they submitted a refund request with the airline and that processing may take awhile. They are trying to stall so more time passes and the chances of successfully disputing them diminishes. Contact the airline you booked with and they are obligated to confirm the amount and date they released your refund to Vayama on. Good luck. Lastly, their parent company is Travix. Do not trust any of the booking companies that is under them (i.e. budget air, etc). They’re a bunch of scammers.

Booked a flight from Tampa to Gatwick for my son to return from University March 2020 a few days after booking and paying I recieved an email telling me the flight had been cancelled due to covid and I would receive a refund this is when the fun started I was told my funds would be payed into my method of payment Paypal After 6 months of chasing payment I was told PayPal had rejected payment and would now have send bank details After sending details and numerous emails I was told your account details aren't correct To cut a much longer story shorter it took 16 months and numerous more emails and I think because I told them my bank was going to get involved a payment was finally made being it slightly less than I paid Customer service was terrible being asked the same questions all the time I would seriously steer clear from this company

Vol en mai 2020 et je n'ai aujourd'hui (26/07/2021) toujours aucune nouvelle ! Je trouve cela tout simplement scandaleux d'autant que je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle. Très mielleux et insistant sur la certitude que je serai remboursé dans leurs premiers mails les premiers mois, ils sont complètement silencieux depuis. Je ne recommanderai jamais ce site et aurai à coeur d'expliquer à qui voudra l'entendre qu'il s'agit d'arnaque au niveau SAV.

ESTAFADORES, no responden mails, mensajes, si la pagina de pago te hace error te hacen el cargo, no hacen reembolsos inccluso con cancelaciones inmediatas, es una estafa inmensa, son unos ladrones no deberian poder tener este negocio

Thieves - just thieves and they will take you for a big circle about your tickets and refunds - you will never get rebooked or refunded. count your losses and move on. Probably a class action law suit can correct all the wrongs this company is doing. Really pissed with their responses. Never contacted them before yet they say I requested for "my account" "My trip" removed from their site - total liars I have given them all ticket info they still don't want to help Thank you for writing to us, Please be informed we are not authorized to remove the customer data from our systems unless the customer wishes to erase the data. As we received a confirmation to remove the customer data due to GDPR, we are bound to follow the government policies. Huyan de esta compañía. En enero de 2020 compré unos billetes para Estados Unidos, con motivo de la pandemia estos vuelos se cancelaron. Desde que recibí noticias de la cancelación solicité la devolución del importe o un billete abierto para viajar en un futuro. Desde el principio recibí evasivas siempre con un texto predefinido que decía que debido a las altas demandas no les era posible responder a todo el mundo pero que estaban al tanto de la situación y devolverían el dinero. Pasaban los meses y nada, he tenido que enviar más de 60 emails tanto a vayama como a su empresa matriz Travix, siempre mareando y sin darme una solución. Según ellos la compañía no les había devuelto el dinero, me constaba que no era verdad. A los 6 meses me devolvieron solo 200$ diciendo que yo había cancelado el vuelo, no era así y el vuelo quedó cancelado por finnair. Tres meses más tarde me reconocieron que se habían equivocado y cuando recibieran todo el dinero me lo pagarían, pasaban los meses y nada, así que decidí enviarles un mail cada semana, en total más de 60 emails, cartas de mi abogado, y daba igual. Les he puesto a parir en todas las redes, finalmente tras 16 meses me devolvieron el resto del importe solo acompañado de una leve disculpa, y todo tras yo asegurarles que la compañía me había asegurado que el dinero se había devuelto hace muchísimo tiempo. No pierdan el tiempo con esta compañía, son una absoluta vergüenza.

This business doesn’t deserve even one star. In December of 2019, I had purchased four tickets to Paris through Vayama with the airline, Air Canada. We practically lost 3,257.77$ (USD). Due to Covid-19, our flight was canceled by Air Canada and we haven't gotten our money back. Tried reaching out to Vayama by calling but it either didn't work, or it was out of service. By sending Vayama emails, they either don't respond or give us incorrect knowledge about our booking and how they intend to help us solve this. For instance, when we tried to reach out with Air Canada by calling, we learned that we are 100% eligible for a full refund since it was due to Covid-19 that it got canceled. Air Canada has a policy until June 12th of 2021 that any flights got canceled due to covid are 100% refundable. AirCanada said since we bought the tickets with Vayama, they can't refund us, only Vayama can. Vayama replied saying that they refused to give us our refund through various reasonings like our data being removed from them or that they don’t have the airline refund policy. (Even though the policy is posted on their website and other travel agencies are well aware of this policy) We want Vayama to contact Air Canada and give us our refund ASAP!

To Whom It May Concern, When I tried to book my ticket to Bogota-Medellin-Bogota for 26.06.2021 after filling in all the information, including credit card, the final page appeared with the message of “page no found” (I have a print screen of it if needed). According to my bank I was not charged at that moment so I decided to try the same booking again which resulted in the same action. In 20 minutes I received both reservations on my email (VCO-1920822 and VCO-1920813) and my bank informed me about double payment. You can verify that both are for the same flight and the same name. I`ve been contacting you by means of different chats/emails/requests for the past three weeks, five emails in total. Unfortunately, there is still no answer from your side. Please contact me asap.

My booking got canceled and it took 11 months to get a refund, I couldn’t even call them because it did receive any types of calls! I don’t recommend at all, the prices are tempting but buy an another website.
