Completely unacceptable, terrible customer service. Due to a canceled flight I was instructed to work with the air line to get a travel voucher or some kind of refund. The result was the airline and Vayama just pointing me back at each other. No attempt on anyone's part to try to make things right.
me notificaron que la reservación fue exitosa y a los pocos minutos me informaron que no se concreto pero me hicieron un cargo por el 10%, ya pasaron 2 meses y no hay rembolso, he tratado de contactarlos y no hay respuesta, pésimo servicio

El día de hoy hicimos la compra desde colombia de vuelos y me debito 2 veces, el banco lo confirma, sin embargo en la pagina aparece que hay un error en la reserva, por favor contactarme, 322886756 quien me responde por el dinero y los tiquetes.

Terrible. I booked some flights in July 2020. They where cancelled due to the pandemic. Paid over $2000USD. I was told I should have a refund after 30 days. The company have been telling me they're waiting for the airline to deposit the refund back into their account and then they will deposit to me. 2 years later I am still waiting for a refund. I don't believe they will ever deposit the money back to me, as the flight company has confirmed that vayama has had my money in their account for 2 years now. Major scam alert and I really hope that anyone reading these terrible reviews are not going to make the wrong decision of using this company that shouldve been shut down already.

Evítense la pena de no tener la mínima atención al cliente. Si no fuera por Aerolineas Argentinas que se tocaron el corazón me hubiera quedado con 500 euros menos en mi cartera.
Vayama are crooks, I spent about €1065 from Zambia to Ireland. It's been 3 weeks and until now I haven't recieved any comfirmation, contact number or anything. Please dont buy from this agency they are scams and unreliable. Google should take this website down as they continue to scam people despite all the bad reviews.
Vayama son una estafa. Demandare por lo que si se quieren sumar los invito a que me escriban. llevo meses exigiendo me devuelvan mi dinero por que me cancelaron el vuelo.
son unas rata de la peor calaña, no responden no son serios, jamás utilicen esta plataforma para la compra tiquetes aéreos, literalmente se roban la plata cuando y lo mandan a pelear con una aerolínea de la cual no generaron ningún código. son lo peor....

They are not to be trusted , I requested to cancel my flights and could only contact them through online chat , The customer service Thomas said that he could help with the cancelation and i asked him what would my total cost and my total refund would be once i cancel . He said its $350 per ticket to cancel and my total refund would be $1200 . I told him to process the cancelation and refund the $1200 to my card , He did that and a few minutes later said the tickets were cancelled and my refund is $912 , asked him why its not $1200 like he said and he said he made a mistake and there was nothing he could do. After further conversation he just stopped talking and said he could not do anything even if he made a mistake , Anyway basically they do this all the time and scam people . Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company .
Compré un vuelo de promoción desde la página de SkyScanner, nunca me llegó la confirmación, mientras se aproximaba la fecha entre para consultar el estatus de reservación y un bot me contestó que la "aerolínea" no respetó el precio y que se había cancelado. Solicité el reintegro y me dijeron que era directo con la aerolínea, donde nunca se generó un código. Se perdió el dinero y no hay forma de recuperarlo
They took my booking along with the money and that was it. No confirmation, no boarding pass, no receipt... and ultimately no booking! They don't book anything, they just take your money. I'm now fighting to get my money back.
