Vayama have not refunded me the payment for my 3 May 2020 Tokyo flights which were cancelled due to Covid now for over 2 years. I have continuously contacted them and provided them with the refund voucher numbers from Qatar Airlines, who themselves have been no assistance to me with this matter and would not allow me to use the vouchers to book another flight and pay the balance. I have booked with another airline and will never deal with an agency again. Vayama only give the same answer every time and state that it is being dealt with by their accounts department. It is obvious that Legal action is required. This is a disgrace and Skyscanner and all other airlines and agencies should not have any dealing ever again with Vayama. I have spent so much time working on this and will not let them away with keeping my money. It's obvious this will need to be passed to my solicitor. Vayama is placing an extremely bad image on all agencies who I am sure will lose a lot of business because of the disgusting manner in which I and others have been treated by Vayama travel agency. I advise everyone to deal directly with the airlines.

Booking process overall was fine, but then before I even got a confirmation I received an email saying they had to cancel my trip because the airline had given them the wrong availability for the price, which is fine and i got my money back in about 3 days so that was all fair. I need a cancellation invoice to expense this trip as it is a business trip, but they refuse to provide any documentation,, telling me to go to the airline (which I did but they can't do anything about it without a booking reference which is fair). Vayama fail to provide me a booking reference and insist on being unhelpful, unfriendly and plain useless. Avoid booking here because in case something goes wrong, they will not help a bit! AWFUL customer experience, and I am still waiting on more documentation to be able to expense this!!!!

I have no explanation how much this company very bad we was going to travel and thy lie is and say u can not travel because you have Russian and can not travel to there and we don’t have any problems but thy lie to us and way to speak was bad now we try to take our money back because we been in check in but thy refuse us now we try to contact them thy keep not answer

I was trying to book a ticket from Egypt to Cyprus, but they said payment failed and withdrew the money. Now the customer service are not answering the emails at all.

Es mi primera vez que compro con ustedes, realice una reserva hoy a las 5 am de la mañana, y me llega un msj de cancelación y que mi dinero será reembolsado de 5 a 10 días hábiles. Es preocupante porque debo estar en México a más tardar el sábado y no cuento con más dinero para comprar otro tiquete mientras ustedes reembolso mi dinero. Número de reserva VCO-2299810

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY TICKETS ITS A SCAM AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AFTERWARDS!!! My flight was rescheduled for one day after and Vayama never changed my tickets. We waited 5 hours at Dublin Airport and the staff and myself called absolutely everyone and they all said it was vayamas fault. We tried to call vayama in several countries and we could not get through. WE ARE GOING TO SUE. You may be tempted to book a flight by looking at the price but its not worth the risk because YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!

It’s been more than 3 years, I still don’t get the refund from cancellation of ticket due to the Covid-19. Same games they’re playing with other people. I doubt their sincerity. Not honest,not reliable! How can you do business with them again?! What can we do for getting our money back?!

I booked a flight and in the email confirmation they sent me different time flights. When I explained this to them! They said I have to pay a fee of €55 to change my flight. I didn’t book the times I received in my email! It’s a SCAM

Estoy esperando respuesta e intentando contactarme por todos los medios, una reserva que hice hace 14 horas me llega cancelada VC0-2249156, en las lineas no contestan o supuestamente no están en servicio, llevo mas de 8 horas de espera de respuesta en el chat y nada, necesito saber todo sobre el caso y si debo comprar con otro proveedor una vez reciba el dinero que les pagué. quedo atento a su llamada.

It's been 2 year now I have been waiting $1262 from vayama that was released long time from ethiopian airline but vayama is keeping repeating the same thing over and over they asked me to call the airline I have called the airline they said since I bought the ticket from vayama and never travel so they ticket was canceled before the date they refunded the full ticket price to vayama, they are sitting down on my swear 2 years now keeping saying the financial department is working on it or withdraw the charge again us from your bank I have withdraw the charge back, called the airline vayama still repeating the same thing again and again i even sent them the charge withdrawed by my bank for verification and clarification.Vayama is a worst traveling agency will definitely not recommend this company to anyone on covid.19 with all the financial problems they are holding $1262 which is a lot of money they don't do anything for their customers at all i swear I have evidence of all the emails and transactions on my inbox.Booking number: VUS-15562447.Still waiting on my refund.

Compre una reserva para ahorita el 26 de abril y me salio para el 26 de julio, intento hacer un cambio y no hay algún número de contacto para solucionar ya que la página no tiene acceso a nada, solo preguntas frecuentes.... donde me comunico con ellos o como hago para cambiar el vuelo???

Same experience as some others. International flight got cancelled because of COVID. The airline refunded the tickets to Vayama, and Vayama has been making excuses for 2 years as to why it cannot refund the customer (my client). They say they are trying to wire the refund but they get errors on our end. It's a scam.

Estoy esperando que me den el codigo de la reserva para hacer el check in y es imposible que 24 HORAS DESPUES me envían la reserva o el billete electrónico en 24 horas, que es esto? nadie me da respuesta, el robot travis que tienen no sirve para nada, al menos pongan un correo electrónico que funcione y que no salga error, nadie da respuesta de nada.

Lo peor, compre pasaje ida y vuelta y solo me envían billete de ida, pero por mas que busco la reserva en la aerolínea, nunca apareció y cuando abrí la pagina de reclamos, sencillamente dice que operaron hasta 2020, ósea, nos han robado a todos.

Worst experience ever. We lost $500 flight. My husband and I got the tickets and they flight was cancelled due COVID. Vayama told us that it was the Airline responsibility to give us our money back, open ticket, or another flight. I contacted the Airline and they told us that it was Vayama the responsible to give us our refund. Aeromexico sent all the legal links and proof that supported why was Vayama's fault. We have sent a bunch of emails and they always answered something different. When you called they never picked up the phone and the only time they did the Agent offered us a ticket to a different destinations we said ok and they the call got disconnected, next day we called and they never picked up the phone. After a month finally they call went through and the agent told us that we needed to go to the same city were the original ticket was, but they didn't have any availability. And after 2 years they are putting again the fault on the Airline. It is ridiculous. This is a big SCAM and a thieves. NEVER make the mistake to use this website to get your tickets.

I only write this so that others can avoid the stress of dealing with this company. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Our flight schedule got changed, they spammed my inbox with dozens of copies of the same email in different threads pressuring me to confirm the change. Ignored my responses, continued to spam with the same initial email... responded randomly to some of my messages with another stock answer, when I engaged they again ignored me and continued to spam. I'm still getting spammed with that original email every few hours despite getting partially into a dialogue with one of their reps on two or three different threads before they stopped responding. Phone number doesn't work, the chat bot doesn't let you type, they don't accept queries via messenger. I want a refund but I've read numerous comments from people who have gone through hell trying to get their money back from this company, so I will have to just go with this new travel schedule even though it messes up my plans. Pathetic excuse for customer service.
