This is very dishonest company. I bought my tickets last February, my flight was cancelled and they promised to refund me in full since today. Now they are telling me, that my refund is rejected and since it's been a year there is nothing I can do.
If I could give zero stars I would. I would caution anyone who has even the slightest chance of travel changes to stay FAR AWAY from this company. I had to make a minor change to my reservation; after hours upon hours on the phone with them they were able to successfully make the change to my ticket. They did however end up charging me for a second ticket but put in writing they would process a refund (over nearly $1,000) for the initial ticket. It has been over two years and I am still fighting to obtain my refund which they put in writing I would receive. They have essentially told me there is nothing they can do and just ignore phone calls / emails. They have no ethics and are running a scam. Save yourself the headaches and money and book through a legit agency. Note, I should also mention that I never leave negative reviews as I would hate to harm a companies especially during these times. However, this company deserves to be reveled for the scammers they are
One leg of the trip got cancelled due to COVID issues. Vyama didnt contact us or did they have any details on how to issue a refund. After waiting for 1 year they have a Contact Us form on their website. I submitted a request and they asked me to talk directly to the airlines to process a refund. What crap. When i talked to the airline, they said, the agent should do it. So I am a ping pong now between the airline and the travel agency. My hope of getting a refund is zero. I will admit that tickets were cheap and thats what you get for the crappy customer service.

DONT BOOK FROM THEM , I bought boy ticket back in feb 2020, to north Africa 2 ticket 1200x2 . the airport closed due to the cobvid so no choice to cancel the tickets and they said we will refund in 2 months now its been 9 months and nothing yet I call every other day and they tell me new stuff every time , oh its coming to ur account this week been approved than. I called again than they said oh not approved and now they saying it can take 8 months well now its 9 months, they said royal air morc has ur money when I called them they said they r lying u paid vayama they hv ur money . DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM !!!!! SCAM
They will not give a refund for a flight cancelled 9 months ago by the airline due to COVID. They make it impossible to contact them and refuse to process the refund.

This is in regards to the international flight that I had booked in March last year. I had to cancel cancel my ticket because of COVID (international entry was being shut down).I had received an email stating the refund would be processed in 5 working days and I still haven't received my refund. Reached out to them via email more than a dozen times and every time I received a response saying they have forwarded the request you the airline for refund. Its a $800 ticket and I am sincerely hoping that they get back to me before I open a BBB case. I shouldn't have ever used this platform to book my ticket. Customer service sucks equally.
Es una estafa compré unos boletos Bogotá -barranquilla Barranquilla Bogotá para 4 personas me debitaron la plata y no me enviaron reserva alguna uno escribe y manda correos y nadie responde no hay líneas de atención. Estoy a la espera y con la angustia siempre reserve con tiquetes baratos y nunca tuve líos pero con travix Co y vayama un robo directo
I would give them zero stars if I could! It took us almost a year to get a refund, but we did get a full refund. Here's how I got the refund: 1. Check with your airline to see if Vayama has even initiated a refund. Vayama claimed they had but did not. 2. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau 2. Alert Vayama that you have filed with the BBB and that you will also be filing complaints with the following: California Department of Consumer Affairs Contractors State License Board Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) We never had to file with the last three, but it certainly got things moving. ESTAFADORES Y MENTIROSOS! Llevo meses pidiendo que me devuelvan el dinero de unos pasajes comprados que ellos mismos cancelaron y nada! Según ellos ya hicieron el reembolso pero ya han pasado meses y el dinero aún no llega a mi cuenta. Dan diferentes respuestas tratando de escusarse y mienten, no compren con ellos! Acá en Chile no tienen oficina y no tienen contacto chileno por lo que solo se puede contactar a través de correo electrónico.
Son unos estafadores. Compré on line y pague con tarjeta de crédito. 3.102.630 COP lo recibió la aerolinea. 1.008.914 COP lo recibio TRAVIX NEDERLAND ( VAYAMA ) EL VIAJE para el 6 de abril 2020 se suspendió x la PANDEMIA. Pido reembolso. La Aerolinea me reembolsa mi dinero. VAYAMA no. Dice que la Aerolinea no les ha reembolsado FALSO!!!! YA recibí el valor que recibió la Aerolinea en mi cuenta de Tarjeta Credito. VAYAMA aun no me devuelve los 1.008.914 COP. LES HE ESCRITO INFINIDAD DE VECES. Me contestan diciendo que es la Aerolinea que no les ha reembolsado el valor. We cancelled a trip overseas because the country was closed to tourists due to COVID-19. The airline refunded our money by sending it back to Vayama 4 months ago, but Vayama has not sent the money back to us. They have kept our $5000 and it is impossible to reach them. I am afraid they have gone out of business.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! The worst agency! You will never get your refund or get hold of any agent!!! They don’t deserve even 1star 👎🏻
Vayama is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. They scammed me out of my money with no option to make adjustments to my flight. I have been an avid travel for a very long time and would not recommend using them to anyone. Stay away!
THE WORST company ever! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM or DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. I would give them zero or negative stars if I could. We used them to book our honeymoon and unfortunately covid hit and the flight was canceled. It’s been ONE YEAR and we still have not been able to get them on the phone to help us and get our money back now the credit card company’s are giving us bad credit because Vayma isn’t answering them.

Excelente plataforma. Cumple conforme promete. En mi caso particular tuve un vuelo cancelado por la pandemia, y en tiempo prudencial recibí con la gestión de Vayama el correspondiente reembolso!!! Recomendado...
El 2 de mayo del 2020 compre un pasaje en Vayama con TARIFA CLASICA FLEXIBLE, lo que significa que incluía equipaje y podía hacer cambios. El viaje era del 01/10/2020 al 08/10/2020 la ruta SCL - LAX. Por motivos de pandemia el vuelo debió ser cambiado a Enero 2021, la agencia vayama me cobró $100.774 pesos chilenos por el cambio. y oh sorpresa me encuentro que bajaron mi tárifa de clásica a básica y ya no incluye equipaje ni puedo hacer cambios. Por motivos de requisitos de ingreso de mi país de origen y destino necesito cambiar el vuelo. Aeroméxico se lava las manos y me envía a la Agencia, la Agencia Vayama no responde y en su web me dice que mi pasaje no permite cambios, lo cual es por un error de ellos mismos. Son la peor estafa y sin representación en Chile no puedo hacer nada, estoy intentando contactar a las agencias del consumidor de la Unión Europea, espero me resulte.
Worst company ever. Awful customer service. Canceled flights four times, and every time I need to spend money for a new ticket. Refunds are nightmare. Have to dispute every charge to get my money back. Never gonna use this company again. NEVER
