Only area for improvement was the fitting garage. We paid for the tyres fitting and they charged us again. Had to go back in and get the money back. Other then that, very good and value for money

Ordered 2 tyres on the 1st January 2019 to be fitted on the 4th at Fair deal,Grangemouth. I called in on the 3rd january to check when tyres would be delivered, they took my details and said they would phone me. On Friday the 4th i received a phone call at 1025am to say tyres were in,the tyres were fitted within the hour and the fitters could not have been more helpfull. Great Service ,will use again.

Excellent Customer Service was provided as the tyres which I had selected were unavailable, was contacted offering me an alternative, and then the garage I had chosen had a problem with some of their equipment, and I was contacted again, offering me alternative local garages. Many thanks

I have no issue with the Value tyres. I had problem with Value tyres fitting centre. I went to fitting centre and I have been told that got the tyres from value tyres but there are not sure that these tyres are for me or not. I showed them confirmed email from value tyres but they refused to fit the tyres. Then I spoke to value tyres and I have been to told to go back to the fitting centre. I went back and then I have been told me again that they have not got any paperwork yet. I called value tyres again and they sort that out after 1 and half hour. That was very embarrassing. The person at the fitting centre to whom I spoke was very very rude and was not helpful at all. I am doing taxi and he wasted my busy time which is totally unacceptable.

Great value in terms of the price. The customer service was very good. The 4 star is because they had no fitting centres open on a Saturday in my town to get it fitted. Had to travel further than needed. The price you pay for a lower price.

Good value tyres, communication with the fitters could have been better but can’t complain for the price.

Tyre fitting was ok but we were charged £24 to repair a puncture!!.....the new tyre was only £40.....they just ripped the back side out of it, not good value

Bit dissapointed. First time I had used Valuetyres. Had used other online providers before without issue. This time was forced by my circumstances to order (4 tyres) about 3 weeks before fitting. Got immediate confirmation email of order then nothing. Phoned after 48 hours to confirm. Got all OK response. Decided to phone fitting depot day before fitting to check. They knew nothing about the order! Valuetyres sorted it and got tyres delivered by 11am but if I hadnt phoned to check, I would have driven to depot to find no tyres

Decent deal on tyres. Fitting was undertaken by a local garage although they weren't willing to take payment directly from valuetyres so there was a bit of mucking around to get it sorted. But all good in the end. Tyres seem decent die the money too.
