Delivered promptly. Stated antivirus not delivered but other software of use there. Extra disk space bigger than expected.

Not happy at all I bought a laptop hopping that I will have a good deal but in fact I'm spending more money to make it running I just regret the moment I looked to that website

I have bought 2 laptops from valucomputers now, both have been excellent and with fast delivery. Both purchases were for my husband who broke the first by dropping it but until that time the laptop had been working fine.

I bought a cheap PC for a pensioner who just wants to web surf, e-mail and write letters. The under £150 Laptop does the job perfectly, and the support was exceptional.

Excellent company to deal with. Very prompt and straightforward communication. Laptop is outstanding value for money: 25% of the cost of buying new and apart from a few, tiny cosmetic marks, you wouldn't know it was second hand. Really, buying new is insane, when you think how few moving parts there are in a laptop; it's not like a car, where lots of parts wear out, over time. The only issue at present is that it has frozen on me a couple of times and I don't know why - my old Samsung never did. I've had to switch it off and back on again, just like they advise on The IT Crowd! It does work!!

Ordered laptop on Thursday got message to say they were closed till Monday got email of the on th Sunday and had laptop by Thursday

I needed an old Windows 7 machine with a serial port, and Valucomputers looked into it straight away and delivered promptly.

Did not state that the machine could not be updated to Windows 10. Not really slimline. Windows 7 needed 59 updates. On the good side it is in excellent condition.

Val-U-Computers service and products excellent, the "A" Grade refurbished DELL computer I purchased from them is just that, would definitely look to Val-U-Computers for any future refurbished items.

I was a bit doubtful of the tag 'as new' on the Lenovo Think Pad I ordered but I ordered anyway. I needn't have worried. It arrived promptly and it was just as they said - as new. I couldn't see any sign that it had actually been used. It had than new feel and smell. I also liked the option of being able to upgrade the hard drive to SSD. Upgraded to Windows 10 without a hitch and everything is working fine. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Val U again

Easily the best consumer experience I have had in a long time. The order process was easy,and the confirmation e-mails quick. I ordered my laptop on Thursday and received it on Monday. The laptop was well packaged in inflatable plastic, and the laptop itself close to immaculate. Everything works very well and I'm happily typing this review on it right now. The price speaks for itself, would definitely deal with this company again. Many thanks!
