ordered a refurbished computer with windows 7 online , i got a email apologising that the one i had ordered had been sold and that they had the same spec but without the webcam and would this be ok.i phoned and said this would be ok. next morning i had a text stating that it would be delivered by courier between 1pm and 2pm- it arrived at 1.30. item was well packed and when i opened it , it looked brand new , there is only 1 small mark on the palmrest. it was pre installed with the software so was very easy to set up and have had it about a week and all is fine. good service - thank you

This is the second I have bought from valucomputers. It is straightforward, delivery and packaging are excellent and the product is exactly as advertised and ready to use.

Delivered very securely packaged and as described. Ok one of the USB ports doesn't work but I was told about that. It was the serial port I needed and it works great.

The laptop was delivered earlier than expected and came direct to my bedside in hospital, where I am a patient undergoing 3 weeks treatment. It is exactly as advertised, and (so far) has been proven to be great value for money.

Contacted the company and after initial discussion asked questions about specifications and if I could collect the laptop. Now no contact at all after several attempts so concerned that my request to visit may be an issue? Does state that visits are allowed if requested and confirm so now wonder if I would have had an issue with a laptop purchased would they have ignored me. Shame as multiple colleagues wanted to review the laptops but now they have discussed with me are looking at other alternatives.

Was looking for a windows xp laptop to run an old cad program. Purchased this and am so pleased with it. Great service. Will use them again.

Valucomputers exceeded our expectations of good service - we ordered a laptop online, for a great price, and had it delivered to mainland Spain. To be honest, we were a little wary as this was the first site that delivered abroad and we were prepared for disappointment. Imagine our delight when we were kept fully informed of the order progress via email, sent a VAT invoice for the records, and then took delivery of the laptop some 5 days after placing the order.
