Everything about my recent purchase of Dell Latitude E6520 was totally trouble-free. Excellent pre-sale communications & response to my various questions. Website is very easy to navigate/ wide selection to choose from/ very good optional upgrades available. Next day delivery option was very good with 1 hour time-slot advised. Computer seems in very good condition & working fine. I would definitely use this company again & would highly recommend it to others. 5* without a doubt.

After a long time looking for a refurbished laptop with serial/paralel ports, I came across this model, sold by Valucomputers. The whole process of sell was very good and the laptop was delivered in the next working day at the nearest post office from where I lived. The laptop by itself matches all specifications and it is performing as expected. An additional positive score to the way they packed the laptop in order to do the parcel to delivery. I will keep this brief, got a reconditioned dell laptop for 40% of the retail price with only a few scratches on the lid. What was advertised is what I bought. Would have given it 5 star apart from the battery life only around 35 minutes but have ordered a new one online for mimimal cost

I was a little disappointed with laptop that i ordered, it said that it would come with some visable marks from previous use but the biggest marks/scratches that showed were from where they had removed the stickers that were on the laptop before. I'm sure that there are ways of getting stickers off without scratching the laptop so badly.

Bought a Dell E6520 windows 7 laptop with an excellent spec for the price. Delivery was spot on and correspondence second to none. very pleased with the purchase and highly recommended.

The laptop was delivered the next day, very well packaged and just as described. I was impressed also by the free trial Bullguard security software. All in all very good value and I would certainly buy from them again.
