The PC seems to be in good condition and runs. The DVD player does not open (haven't had time to inform Val-U yet). My concern was: I do not give out my phone number very often, the bank account I used, I do not use often (2nd account), 30 minutes after placing my order I had a mobile phone number phone my home number and try to fraudulently withdraw £500 from my account.

After a shakey start with no delivery info and a power lead that didn't work, I was wondering if I had made the right choice. But every time I rang up the guys were flawlessly polite and helpful. Got my replacement lead and everything is working great. My mantra should be "I need to be more patient"

A very good laptop with a new battery, delivered quickly, ,this laptop is one to replace one a bought from this company quite a few years ago, hope this one lasts as long.

I wanted a PC to play my old XP games on and Valucomputers fitted the bill perfectly. The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The price for the computer was great value for money. My PC arrived very quickly. It was sent by DPD who are an excellent courier company. My games booted up right away and now I am happily playing them again. I would certainly recommend this company.

Item received etc. as advised. The internal CMOS battery had failed leading to the loss of BIOS settings etc. I have replaced the battery and reinitialised.

We needed a home PC to replace our old (and very slow) one. With Windows 10 coming to an end, we looked for one with Windows 11 installed. We concentrated on companies offering a 12-month warranty, giving us a similar level of security to buying new. ValuComputers had the best value of any suitable refurbished PCs we found online. We emailed them with a couple of questions, and Kurtis replied quickly and with clear answers, so we ordered a Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 from them. It arrived just 2 working days after ordering, very well packaged. It's in excellent condition inside and out, and runs like a dream, taking just 30 seconds from power on to home screen. We only have a couple of very minor criticisms: we couldn't get their contact form to work, and the online tracking of the delivery wasn't updated. We dealt with the first problem by sending them an email, and the second didn't really matter as the PC was delivered very quickly. We would highly recommend ValuComputers to anyone looking for a good quality refurbished computer.

The laptopwas as specified on the website, a number of questions that I had regarding the laptop when I operated it was answered politely and to the point. The problems were not of Val-U-Computers making but the way that Dell operating system worked. I have bought laptops from them in the past, and would purchase from them again. Well done Val-U-Computers.
