I recently purchased an A Grade refurbished Dell Latitude laptop. Apart from the tiniest little dent in the lid (like i care), you cannot tell it from new. In addition to the O/S it also came installed with Malware Bytes and BullGuard so not only was it good to go straight out of the box, I was already internet safe too. All this and a year's warranty at a very competitive price. I'm an IT tech and had to replace my home laptop.
