nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans le penthouse , et nous avons été très déçus l’appartement été dans un état lamentable les fauteuils du salon était sale, le grand miroir de la SDB était casser les queues de billard casser il y avais pratiquement aucune chaine de télé avec une antenne qui pendait deriere la tv,le salon de jardin sur le balcon était salle on ne pouvait même pas s’assoir decu,il devait aussi y avoir une table de ping pong on nous a dit a l’arriver elle a été cassée on vous la change mais rien,des toile d’araignée partout au bord de la piscine de l’appartement,cet appartement etait vétuste. honnêtement vacation marbella sont a fuir quand vous essayer les contacter personne ne vous repond. nous leurs avons envoyé plusieurs photo de l’appartement mais rien un conseil a fuir

Completelly unprofessional I have rented a duplex apartment for 1 month from them for the 5th year in a row, an extremelly bad mistake that i've made. Latelly on the los naranjos area there are a lot of french/marocan guests doing a lot of noise in the night and i'm 37 years old. Second thing the bed sheets are extremelly old. 3th thing i've paid in advance around 4500 eur and because on the proprierty listing there was no mention of any pet or anything i've contacted them via whatsapp prior to reservation and payment if my pet is allowed, i have a 1.8kg dog yorkshire toy, they respond that i can bring my pet without problem. When I arrived at the proprierty after i've paid an extra 500 eur as a security deposit the guy told me that i also have to pay an extra 10eur per day for dog for cleaning, unbealivable, i denied to do that because they didnt told me in the first place about this and on the propr listing there was no mention of such thing, i denied of course to pay extra 300 eur for cleaning as I would not rent from in the first place in such circumstances. When i'm about to get my deposit back they held my money for cleaning after my pet, unbealivable. The stupid guy who was in touch with me accused me for trying to bring a pet into the propriety without paying. They didnt even provide an invoice pet cleaning. I'm going to fill a police report for fraud and do a chargeback on my bank as I have screenshots with the listing where you can clearlly see that there was no pet fee mentioned. They modified their website after this and added the pet cleaning fee, this why they are thieves and liars and should be avoided Note: nobody came to clean anything during our stay. I had to buy new bed sheets for 3 beedrooms and left them there as the ones from there where extremelly old and they where gray not white, the same with the towels. In previous years i didnt had any problems with them, but they are to into getting money and offering nothing in return, you should avoid them. UPDATE: Where is the word "idiot" that you have used in your vocabulary? Now you are writing nice... The main fact is that I filled a police report for theft. With the report I'm going to open a chargeback. As i told you I have screenshots made on the booking time that I've sent via whatsapp where there is no mention of any pet fee

Borja and the team have been excellent, providing a brilliant customer service. Unfortunately due to Covid we were unable to travel to Marbella, but the team were extremely helpful with advising on apartments throughout the booking process and cancellation was painless with a full refund provided. We will definitely be rebooking with Vacation Marbella when we can!

Im not sure where to start. We rented a villa and the day we were due to move in we were told that the heating did not work and there would be no hot water until it was repaired. We asked when it would be and was told they did not know. We found a different villa and arranged to check in but Vacation Marbella would not refund us. They did offer "an upgrade" and a refund of half of the money for each night the hot water did not work. 2 days later we move to the "upgrade", not really an upgrade but by this point the thought of a shower was too good so we accepted their offer. We then realised that the new villa was actually cheaper than the one we originally rented. We asked for VM to refund the difference and the promised discount that they offered, they declined to pay us. This villa was in fair condition, we did suffer from bed bugs and there was a considerable amount of damp in the basement bedroom. Once the rental had finished we looked for an apartment and found one on AirBNB. To my dismay at check in it was the same guy from VM. We checked in and although clean the furniture was cheap, held together with cello-tape. My son sat on a chair that collapsed and he smashed his face. VM tried charging us for this chair. One toilet did not work, we asked on several occasions over the 2 week period, this was never resolved. One shower flooded as the rubber inserts were not in the screen. We used towels to stop the bathroom flooding and these were later charged for. We asked for the TV to be repaired and they plugged a cable in and run it across the doors so that it was a hazard. Another shower flooded on every use. We did knock a lamp off the table and cracked the side which we duly paid for as it was an accident that caused some damage. Looking at other reviews, vacation Marbella are going to write a reply saying we were tricky or broke things or use some other negativity about us a family. I can assure you they are utter cowboys. As for the good reviews, they must spend all day creating fake accounts to write them. I have all of this backed up by photographs, messages and videos. Queue reply from VM re me being tricky. I have also made complaints to airbnb
