I have had a few occasions to speak with Mia in relation to queries or issues and I have found that she has always dealt with them in a most prompt and efficient manner, leaving me feeling that my query has been dealt with.

I've switched to Umbrella.co.uk from a different umbrella company and I'm glad I did. Very straightforward service, they never mess anything up and the customer service is also very efficient and friendly. Especially, Louise who I spoke to on the phone today.

From helping me to set up my limited company 8 years ago to managing my VAT and Corporate Tax returns ever since, it has been a smooth and seamless ride. Nicola Worthington has been my Accountant throughout all this time and whether via phone conversations or emails she has always been available to answer any queries I have. Very rare I use the word despise but I despise this company. They make the rules up as they go along and I am ALWAYS waiting for my pay. Watch for the reply coming below which will inevitably blame me in some way or some excuse why it’s not their fault. They have answers for everything and dismiss everything. When you challenge them on the lies and excuses they stop answering the phone or cut you off as I have experienced about 5 times today and still without pay. Don’t use this company. They’ll send you over the edge

I have been working with Nicola Worthington for the past five years and I am very satisfied with the accounting services she has provided. I was very anxious to go with Umbrella.co.uk as I had poor experiences with other umbrella companies in the past such as Parasol but the customer service has always been helfpul and Pay was always on time, would reccomend to others.

Took a contract role to make ends meet, forced to go though Umbrella. Went through all the sign up process without issue, sent right to work, bank details. Worked first week and timesheet signed off, due to be paid today but no money. First claimed not to have received right to work then when it was proved it had been sent a month ago said payment wouldn’t go through as details were incorrect. Told payment would be made then couldn’t as after 5:30. Made it sound like they were doing me a favour by calling it an advance. They are little better than crooks preying on the desperate If you can avoid using them.

Very poor initial contact! Received out of the blue a text saying they called me! They clearly had NOT! Asked to fill out online form asking for personal details including bank account etc! In view of the number of online scams we hear about certainly not prepared to do this ! More texts again LYING about the attempts to ring me! I checked with agency and was surprised to find out they were indeed the umbrella company used! Why lie on the initial texts? Very poor!

lied to told they would do something and continually lied to over and over . if you want to be lied to and they dont even follow there own policy's and when you raise this say this is not there fault . i would not recommend anyone use this company. The below yes you had got in touch with me and we have found out you hadnt done what you said you had and then couldnt even take responsibility for not doing what you as a company had categorically said they had done .
