Great products, but atrociously slow or nonexistent replies to email. I placed an order then immediately attempted to cancel it, however there was never any reply (even after 1 week!) and I had to accept the wrong product. I then contacted their return email in order to arrange a collection, and 1 week later I am still awaiting a reply - there has not even been an email acknowledgment!?! Very poor initial experience, but after a direct phone contact they have responded and are now addressing matters quickly and professionally.

After ordering the Umage Treasures three door cabinet, one of the doors had the magnet (which is supposed to keep the door closed) on the wrong side. Also, the french weave on the outside of the side doors was attached loosely, and slightly skewed, which is not something you would expect for a cabinet in this price segment. A company offering premium furniture should have proper quality control in place. It’s a shame, the design is lovely and deserves better.

I just received the Asteria pendant light fixture. I want to commend you for the exquisite packaging and the attractive presentation displaying nordic simplicity, yet elegant and classy. It was an amazing unboxing experience, so much so that I placed an order for an other one right away. The lamp itself is beautiful!

Quick delivery to Romania, the product looks very nice, just like advertised, with professional finishing touches. A word to those looking to purchase the One More Look mirror: be mindful of them magnets: they are extremely powerful. One of them, once detached from the group (there are 8 of them), slipped from my hand and snapped back into place, breaking in pieces while at it. Extremely powerful and extremely frail. Not sure how or where I can get another one from, but as it is, the smaller mirror can easily be supported with 'just' three magnets.

Furniture was good, but the usb charger was not able to do fast charging :(

Unfortunately the butterfly’s were damaged. Some paint got off, is it possible to have same refound? Many thanks in advance Simone Elia
