Great product, worth the price as it's high quality and a great design. Only thing I'd ask as an international customer is that I can track the product please. I have to call you for updates and that's not really acceptable in comparison to your competition.

Tjusiga lampor, intressant paketerade. Enkel beställning och snabb leverans. Ganska enkelt att montera och tydliga, men kortfattade, instruktioner. Behöver måhända ännu bättre beskriva hur montering sker och - när det behövs - påpeka eventuella begränsningar. I mitt fall fick en Philips Hue-glödlampa inte plats utan viss åverkan.

Har været rigtig glad for mine Umage lamper. Var desværre uheldig at skulle lave en reklamation på en af lamperne, men også her har Umage givet en super god behandling og oplevelse. Tak

Esteticamente gradevole, ma ci sono diversi problemi. Se nel montare Aluvia sbagli qualcosa, attento perché la superficie dei petali si rovina nel toglierli e rimetterli. Inoltre Aluvia medium si è rivelata non adatta a Santè floor perché troppo pesante, pendeva pericolosamente da un lato, così abbiamo dovuto inserire uno spessore intorno alla base per cercare di farla stare in piedi e raddrizzarla. Va meglio, ma è ancora un po' storta e comunque è molto precaria, non so quanto durerà. Purtroppo non era segnalato di non abbinare santè floor a aluvia medium. Il costo è sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità e al risultato finale.

I haven't received the furniture yet. The shipper is not answering me and I should have received the furniture 9 days ago. That's unacceptable.

I bought clava dine lamp (brass version). Arrived within 3 days. It looked just as perfect as the picture. I do recommend umage as trusted supplier for interior. I consider buying other furnitures.

I ordered the Umage Lora lamp. The lamp was delivered fast in a handy package and once assembled is very nice. Though, the assembly of the lamp is quite a difficult task, taking most of my evening. Also, changing the light bulb seems to be difficult exercise.
