J’achete une monture de suspension dans une boutique indépendante spécialisé en luminaire, puis je commande trois Acorn sur galerie Lafayette. Et bien les 3/4 des produits avaient des défauts esthétiques, et 2/4 présentaient des pièces manquantes. J’ai pu être remboursé par les revendeurs. Les packaging sont hauts de gammes mais les contrôles des produits n’ont pas l’air à la hauteur. Je me trompe peut être et dans ce cas le commentaire sera modifié. UMAGE doit revoir le control de ses produits.

Deciding not to help UK customers means I now have an expensive £50 paper weight.. was a nice design but faulty electronics - if you don’t want to help the UK market don’t sell your product in the UK

Je viens de recevoir une lampe CLAVA UP WOOD. totalement en morceaux - Lamelles de bois en vrac, fond et dessus. J'vais précédemment commandé une lampe ASTERIA TABLE , dont l'abat jour est arrivé avec un enfoncement. Le design de ces objets est très réussi, mais la fabrication est de très mauvaise qualité et les objets, mal emballés arrivent avec des défauts, voire de très fros défaut. Le tout à des prix qui sont élevés. Le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas et la société ne doit pas lire les avis que nous émettons !! enfin§

Not a good experience with customer support - I purchased a table tripod lamp and the lamp doesn't work. The bulb and fuse are fine in other lamp. I filled out the form on website for repair or replacement which was a bit long winded but initially a good gesture. Finally after filling in the form and getting a couple of emails back I was asked where I bought the lamp from.. once umage found out it was purchased in the UK I was told because of brexit there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with the shop I bought it from. Wouldn’t recommend UMAGE again and won’t be buying the products again.
