Shipment well packed and arrived in good condition. I’ve e-mailed them a question which they did’t respond to all. Besides that I’m very pleased with the lamp I purchased.

Everything was perfect and the conditioning is so pretty that it doesent need any gift packaging over it to be offered as a birthday present. The seeds and the presentation letter are so sweet too. Bravo

Beautiful Step It Up Stool

Ordered a lamp but was emailed days later only to be told it was out of stock. I was refunded the cost of the item promptly but not the freight charges. Had to email customer service 3 times before the difference (no email notification that it was refunded?) appeared in my bank account. Poor customer experience. Umage needs to smooth out the kinks between whats in their inventory versus what appears on the website.

De très beaux luminaires, sobres, élégants et très distingués; ils apportent la touche finale dans la pièce. La livraison se fait par GLS et c’est relativement rapide. Le service client est réactif.

Les lampes ne sont pas encore installées sur le chantier mais elles sont conformes au site et élégantes. La livraison était rapide et efficace. Une fois branchées j'espère qu'elles seront aussi efficaces que belles. 😊

Great!! The items arrived prefectly to Spain in 5 days. The customer service was also very kind and fast answering my questions regarding the shippment. I have to mention also the amazing packaging of the items, they look like jewelry...perfect if you want to make a gift.

Bought a Forget-me-Not. The lamp is delivered without a pendant, which is not stated on the website, but with a E27 light bulb. The box advices to buy the Rosette Mini pendant. So also ordered that one. But now here is the thing: that pendant doesn’t support a E27 bulb! Contacted customer support, they told me they would get back to me. Not a word so far. The Forget me not is on par with our expectations, service is not.

Perfection: from delivery to the products themselves. I bought one as a try and now I own 3 Umage ceiling lights. You won’t regret if you buy it.

Prior to buying I had a mail conversation with Umage. Great communication; clear and fast respons. Happy that I could by a part to extend the life of my product.. Great to see the company is living up to its promise to mind the planet.
