Lousy experience. The photos are pretty, but when the Carmina arrived I discovered that it was super difficult to assemble (the drawing in the brochure does not closely match the actual pieces of the shade) AND once assembled, the lightbulb can only be changed by someone (a child?) with teeny tiny hands. Otherwise, you must disassemble part of the shade, and risk tearing or cracking the components. So, you think, I'll just return it. But even that is impractical. UPS gave me a price of $69 to return the product that cost $99. So, now I'm stuck with it. BEWARE, this product is definitely not worth the hassle.

Ordered the Cuna lamp and some pillows, which I received in good order within 10 days. Order was confirmed in writing and they updated me several times on the transportation process. Good service and nice product.
The product is same as in the picture. Delivery was very fast. I will definitly order again.
Bestilte en lampe da vi åbnet pakken var der en del,der var knækker og en transformator der ikke virket Fik tilsendt en ny lampe fra firmaet samme del var igen knækket men transformatoren virket Tror dette valte vi dog at sætte lampen op med besvær Hvordan kan man sende to lamper med nøjagtig samme del knækket i det er jo nok stor sansyndelighed for flere kunde får den lampe med defekt del i

Os hubiera dado aún mejor nota por el producto, los detalles del envío y lo bien hecho que está todo. El único pero que puedo poner es que no me habéis mandado avisos del estado del pedido durante el proceso del pedido. Pero el pedido llegó, muy bien embalado y estamos muy contentos.

Fik i gave en XL Eos Fjerlampe, som jeg var så glad for og et ønske længe. Men efter ca 3 år var den fuldstændig mør og gik fra hinanden. Jeg skrev til kundeservice og efter noget tid fik jeg den erstattet med en ny. Det er virkelig flot og fantastisk service.

Über Design-Bestseller habe ich den "Step it up" von Umage gekauft. Das Paket kam im Bausatz an. Schon beim Zusammenschrauben brach ein Stück von dem Holz raus. Design-Bestseller hat sich um die Reklamation gekümmert und das Ersatzteil nachgeliefert. Nach gut zwei Monaten habe ich mich mit meinen 85 KG Körpergewicht auf die oberste Stufe gestellt. Dabei brach ein Stück aus dem Holz heraus, welches den Auffangsack hält. Diesmal hat Design-Bestseller nicht mehr auf meine Reklamation reagiert. Auch die Lackierung der Flächen zeigen schon nach kürzester Zeit Abriebstellen auf. Bei dem Preis würde ich eine höhere Qualität des Materials und der Lackierung erwarten. Ansonsten sieht das Produkt gut aus.
