Products are amazing, just returning seems sheer impossible. Ordered two quite large orders, wanted to return some items. You have to send an e-mail to start the return process, which is already quite a hassle, but ok. Then I received an answer, answered that and then…. Nothing. Sent two more mails, still nothing. Now there’s 550 euros worth of stuff I don’t need just sitting here, waiting for Umage to find time to reply. It’s been 2 weeks now.
The lamps are beautiful, quick delivery, everything was great except for the parcel. It arrived really demolished and I was scared the lamps would be broken. Fortunately they work.
The item was damaged. I reached out to ask for replacement over week ago but no reply. In your reply you state you didn't receive my email yet I had a reply saying you had and would look into it! I've now filled out claim form and await your response thanks

We are very happy with our Carmina lamp. The design is beautiful and original, and the light is distributed so beautifully throughout the living room. Even when it is not on, the lamp is a beautiful addition to our living room.
Snabb leverans. Lampan kom i en väldigt snygg och sjysst kartong. Det var väldigt otydligt att lampa och lampskärm är separata, vilket gjorde att vi fick lägga två beställningar. Lampan var fin och som vi tänkt oss, elkomponenterna var dock ganska billiga och klena kinaprodukter. Saknades även anslutningssladd mellan armaturen och DCL-kontakt. Överlag en bra produkt, men vi hade önskat mer för det priset.
Nothing to complain: my questions via email were answered within hours, delivery was fast, and the product (cabinet Audacious Horizons) looks exactly as shown online. Assembly was really easy and worked as demonstrated in the video. Just one critical remark: it is unfortunate that products with recycled material (Horizons line) are more expensive than the corresponding „normal“ products. This is probably due to cost-based pricing, but not sending the right message.

Les luminaires Clava et Clava Dine sont vraiment comme sur les photos du site. Passation de commande sur le site simple mais mériterait plus d'explications concernant la fourniture du câble à savoir si celui-ci est fourni ou pas avec la lampe. J'ai du repasser une deuxième commande à réception des Clava. Sur l'emballage de celles-ci il est effectivement bien précisé que le câble n'est pas fourni, car sur le site cette information nest pas très clair. Pour ce qui est de l'emballage et de la livraison par transporteur, tout à était parfait dans les deux cas. Les produits et le service d'UMAGE est au top. Longue vie à cette entreprise qui respecte ses clients.
Customer Service not replying for emails, called but ther is no English customer service . I bough lamps but is damage The colour cooper layer is peeling away from the lamp, the lamp is made from very poor material and is damaged. I want return both lamps but there is no respond from Umage
Prachtige lamp, mooi uiterlijk makkelijk eventueel de kap los te halen om schoon te maken of lamp te wisselen,mle mooie kleur die past in ons interieur. Let wel, dit is enkel de kap, fitting moet nog bijgekocht worden
Interculatrice qui m'a permis de retrouver mon colis et ma donné le moyen d'aller le chercher puisque le livreur ne l'a pas livrer malgré son papier de second passage
We are very happy with the overall quality. Unfortunately, we found that the large chair’s back cushion has stains, on the top (and also on the entire bottom part, but that is not much visible after the installation but still its looks dirty). The top one is quite visible - more in real than what comes out on the attached photo. Also two small finger print size oily spot in the middle of the same cushion. We thought at first these stains are maybe just dust, but it’s not. Separately, there’s also a very small light stain on the back feet and it’s imbedded in the wood and has crack around it. You can feel it with your finger. It’s a bit disappointing after the initial joy, and we want to see with you how to best fix this. We wrote request to resolve this issue on 12 Oct 2022. But we didn’t hear anything back. Would be great if the customer support team respond to our email where also attached all the necessary photos.

I ordered leaves for the Carmina Mini, the process was very straightforward, international delivery very affordable and delivery time reasonable, too.
Super quick delivery. The sideboard was easy to mount and the material is of amazing quality. It looks perfect! So really happy with my new sideboard!
