I bought the Redaelli's Lora x-large pendant lamp which needs to be assembled, precise instructions in the package and online videos help with this (fun for me!). The ceiling light is really beautiful and it comes well and elegantly packed. Delivery was just one day late. Thank you!

This is the second lamp we’ve bought and we love the product experience. The packaging is exquisite, and we used the wild flower seeds that were included in the package in our garden. It was a nice touch and lovely surprise. Delivery was normal speed and quality is great.

Everything is fine and like ordered, but I'm very happy about I can use my old lamp longer by using new accessoires.

I am not getting what I ordered and already paid for. Maybe a fake-shop? I have already contacted the kundenservice, but they are not helpful. The Umage Support-telephone is not working. I did not receive what I already paid for. It is mentioned in the packing list, but was not included in the package. They are wasting my time - and probably my money 12.12.2022 Still the problem is not solved: The german kundenservice simply does not respond any more. Seems they are not interested in solving the problem. Nothing happens except words - and now there is not even a response...

Love my EOS feather lampshades! They give off such a lovely glow! I bought two and am considering buying a 3rd in white! Highly recommend!

Die Pendellampe Asteria ist sehr gut verarbeitet, ausführliche Anleitung, schickes elegantes Design. Lampe wurde schnell geliefert. Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Længe siden jeg har oplevet så god kundeservice. Vi havde nogle udfordringer med nogle lamper, som de ikke havde oplevet før, men de undersøgte det og fandt “forskellen” og vil erstatte lamperne. De har været forstående og hjælpsomme hele vejen.
