My 78yo mother was told she would benefit from the work which was carried out the day after, she paid £600. Since the 'engineer' visited she has had no heating and despite phoning the company numerous times no one has fixed the problem. The original 'engineer' who wasn't familiar with a Worcester boiler finally came back and admitted he didn't know what the problem was! The original installer of the perfectly working central heating system said he didn't know what the problem was either. A totally independent heating engineer who will not benefit himself from the needed repair in any way was called i by us.He has said he believes the treatment used in 30 year old radiators has caused sediment to become dislodged and block all the valves and narrow pipes preventing hot water from circulating.With ukhomesave denying any responsibility and refusing to do anything to help we have no choice but to have the system power flushed and hope that will clear the blockage. This review could go on forever with lies and false promises made by the company including one person on their helpline telling my mother to get a blanket because she is cold.At the time of this review my mother has had no heating for over 3 days and is reporting the company to trading standards.At best they have appalling customer service at worst they are total scammers! Just one more point be aware that this company only started trading last year and not seven years ago as their rep says.
