Ripped off my 87 year old grandparents after a cold call and them being the innocent people they are they fell for it and have paid £2000 for a radiator flush and they were told a new boiler would be £5000 so this was a more cost effective deal which it was not. AVOID AT ALL COST both relatives are high risk and supposed to be shielding so shouldn’t have others in the house anyway I haven’t been in since Christmas 2019 and they think they can come wandering in doing what the like!! Infuriated isn’t a strong enough word

Avoid, targeting the elderly and scamming them with over priced product. Luckily I saw my neighbour who told me about this “fantastic product that will save up to 35% off his annual bill and that his radiators are full of sludge”, straight away I thought this is dodgy, he has only had central heating for about 6 years and I’ve lived here 8 and never had this problem. Like everyone else, he got a cold call, then they came round told him a load of sales crap and convinced them he needed it and installation booked the next day. Did some research and no price came near the £1200 quotation. Went round to tell him to cancel, try to phone the number “ operators busy”, thankfully the email worked and swiftly cancelled and had a reply within 10 mins saying email accepted and contract cancelled.

Avoid The rep came round after a cold call, but could not answer my simple technical questions. I think they were surprised and disappointed not to find me gaga, since I suspect they hope to make hugely overpriced sales to bewildered clients. All sounds dodgy to me; and the rep was jolly rude as it became ever clearer that a sale was not in prospect.

This company ripped off an elderly relative. They claim you need your radiators cleaned out and overcharge fivefold at least. They have been reported to the Police, Trading standards and BBC's Watchdog. The owner of the business Craig Rempega is a thief/crook who targets the elderly. What goes around comes around Rempega you scumbag!

Be aware of this company, I was cold called by phone and asked if one there specialist??, people could call and do a survey of my Heating system, I agreed and he arrived the following morning, very nice chap and he had the usual thermal device with him showing pretty pictures of the heat in the radiators and said all my radiators were full of sludge that need removing and it would save me £200 pounds a year, and they would put a solution in to stop damage, this would cost me £1400, after a lot of humming and erring over the price and not knowing when the radiators were ever cleaned before I agreed, that was the end of the good bit, 3 men arrived next day, didn't put any carpet protection on or put covers down, thanks for the mud, after listening to their conversations it became obvious they didn't really know a lot of what they were doing, asked if I had an instruction manual, 2 hours later job done I Paid by phone and they left, half an our later the radiators all went cold and no water was circulating I have rung them 4 times no reply goes onto answering machine, I emailed them no reply checked there face book page closed permanently I have now been in touch with my bank to try and stop the payment. So be warned

My 93 year old Dad who was cold called has just paid £1200 (inc £300 off) for a radiator flush. 4 hours work which should have cost £600 At the most. Following the call the guy turned up the very next day. (Not giving him any time to discuss this with his family.... Why does this company keep getting away with targeting elderly vulnerable people?? Also why are they entering properties whilst we are on Lock down doing in essential work?

Cold called from company in Staffordshire. Rushed selling. Abominable installation, had to have boiler moved and most of copper piping fitted was incorrect size-too small. Three leaks since heating boiler fitted. Left with no hot water to cloaks on completion. Tried phoning no reply. Contacted company by email several times -closed through Covid promised to respond ignored on reopening. We have spent thousands of pounds since this installation was done, more than it cost and it was very expensive, we have rerouted heating and refitted laundry room. Customer Service non existent. Nine and half weeks March onwards with no heating and no hot water and over 70! Still not heard from them. Very sad a company only really out for quick sale and no commitment or service.

This company should not be touched with a barge pole. My house was left in a terrible mess on their supposed completion of the job. Thay will not respond tp E Mail or telephone. The do not have Risk assesments or method statements. My "Gold " standard work wouldn't rate "Tin". The bathroom was lft in a terrible state radiators were not working. I do not rate them any stars.

Appalling bunch. They cold called me two days running despite being registered to TPS. When I asked the woman to remove me from their database she just instantly hung up. Rude! Avoid. Report them if they call you. Bunch of spamming, scamming a******s Real score, 0 stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company should be avoided at all costs. However, as they appear to target the elderly and vulnerable it is likely they will continue to coerce and pressure people into signing up to excessively priced work. Can't comment on the quality of work but £3000 for a £500 job is obscene. They should think how they would feel if someone did this to their elderly family members. No morals!

Absolutely avoid this bunch of crooks. Giving one star is overrating them. They call elderly people telling them they'll save money and they could be eligible for funding. No sooner is the phone put on the cradle and the sales person is at the door. On arrival he told her there was no need for him to wear a mask as he gets tested every 4 days for covid 19!! I have spent 5 months keeping my distance from my mum, and he turns up, goes round every room in her house with her accompanying him so he can show her what's wrong with her heating system He put the heating on and 'tested the radiators' telling my 86 year old mother that he was very worried about a couple of her radiators they were dangerous and they were full of gunk. Of course she was worried when he told her they were dangerous. He sold her a flush of the system for £1200!! He booked the appointment for the the next morning. Thankfully I found out about it that evening. Big alarm bells rang for me. I did some research, and thanks to all these trust pilot reviews, my concerns were confirmed. I sent a message via the website cancelling the appointment and made sure there was someone there when the engineer turned up the next morning - which of course he did turn up, as the office hadn't bothered to tell him that the appointment was cancelled.

Absolutely dire company, they prey on the older generation and fleece them of their money. A job that would cost about £150 they have charged my parents £2,000!! Yes two thousand!!! Criminal 🤬

I just had a cold call from this company, and innocently answered a quick survey. I was then called back seconds later by a very pleasant sounding man to start with, who turned very passive aggressive as I tried to ask what this was all about, he kept saying I should allow him to speak. The call went very sour when I refused to have someone visit my house today, he was very pushy and unreasonable and made me feel like I was in the wrong although all I had done was answer the phone and try to explain I didnt want a new conservatory roof in the next 12months! A very unpleasant experience. They probably use new landline numbers all the time but block the number in the title!

I recently had a cold call offering a 15 minute interview offering advice about fuel economy but their employee took 45 minutes. At the end I disappointed him by not signing up to work priced at over £1000 and asked for the information in writing which has not arrived. He did give me some printed material ('information') which included the statement that without any flow control a combi boiler uses 10 liters of water before a shower is hot. I measured this volume in one bathroom and found it to be 7 liters so they are 30% out. In the other bathroom, where the boiler is, hot shower water was almost instantaneous so several hundred pounds might have gone down the drain and about 90% inaccurate. If you are disappointed by these reviews and have paid I think you have the opportunity to invoke a 'cooling off period' to cancel any on the spot agreement made.

This company recently cold-called my 80 year old dad and charged him £1800 (with a £200 discount!!) to power flush his central heating system and install Radflex behind his FOUR radiators. My research indicates that this work would have cost around £500 if carried out by British Gas, so their prices are vastly inflated. Their paperwork is poorly produced and contains spelling mistakes - similar spelling mistakes can be spotted in most of the '5 star' reviews on this page leading me to believe that they are faked by people inside the company. Whilst my Dad signed up to having this work done of his own free will and therefore UK Home Save have not done anything actually illegal I do believe that their actions are unethical, because they cold-call vulnerable people and charge up to 400% more than other places. My dad has spent over a quarter of his meagre savings on this work. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and raising awareness as much as I can to stop this happening to others. If you want to have this type of work done please do not act on a cold call and approach another company. Very happy to discuss with others.

BEWARE DO NOT USE This company prey on the elderly, charged £995 to put Radflek foil behind 6 radiators ( retail cost £21) and put 1 Litre of cleaner/ inhibitor ( retail cost £15 ) absolute day light Robbery They even fitted the Radflek the wrong way round ( the instructions are on the foil ) and after they left we were left with two radiators Not working After week on week trying to get in a complaint and get them to come and sort it ( customer service is abysmal ) Finally another of their incompetent fitter ?? Turned up. After fitting new Radflek the right way round he put some more cleaner in the system then proceeded to bleed the system In doing so sheared two valves trying to open the already open valve On the two radiators and left the caps loose on top etc He left the premises with out an explanation This is a COWBOY OUTFIT Ripping people off The Faretrade commission need to a look at them Or that programme Rogue Traders
