I left a 5star review in June 2022 having been very satisfied with the work done. Since Christmas I have left 3 phone messages asking for a callback to no avail. I did manage to speak to someone in the Autumn and gave my mobile number as the contact number. I would be grateful for a call.

We are so disappointed with this company preying on our elderly Father who has dementia. Despite a sticker on the door stating no ‘cold callers’, he was duped into spending £1100 on something he did not need and which has left his heating system not working properly and for an item he did not need. We are unable to do anything now the item has been installed except to ask BG to visit, check the works and get his heating working again (maybe it was a coincidence?). Please equip your team to respect door signage asking for no cold calling. This episode has upset him and we now, as a family have to deal with the fall out. Whilst he has not been technically scammed, he has been pressurised into an item he did not need. Beware.

This company rang my 89 old mother asking to come and to give her energy advice but she was quiet pushy trying to get her to get her heating system cleaned it gets serviced every year but was trying to make her spend 1,100 of her money.the this lady showed us some paperwork from other customers which I thought was data protection as we could see the person details so she probably doing this in must houses she left but wasn’t happy when we said that we would have a think about it very rude

The people we spoke to by phone and in person were friendly and knowledgeable. Although we had not anticipated spending more on home improvements this year we felt we were not being exploited and went ahead with their recommendation. The workmen explained to us what they were doing and why and we felt happy that we would have a warmer home and would save money on our heating bills.

Prompt service and well informed throughout. Hopefully this will continue in future visits. Particularly if I move house which I was told is going to happen.

We have not yet had any of the benefits of what we understood will happen but they were all explained very clearly. The work was carried out by people who knew what they were doing and were very polite and explained what they were doing as they went along. We will wait til cold weather and hope to be warmer and save money.

I was referred to this company through a cold call from "Direct Energy"claiming to act on behalf of The Energy Trust. They purported to offer an "energy efficiency review" of our home. But this turned out to be a sales promotion for UK Homesave, which we found out when a rather unpleasant and pushy saleswoman visited to try and sell us their expensive "gold" package of central heating clean up and service. Then I read some reviews on this site! Unlike others I have first complained direct to the company but after over a week have not received any proper explanation or apology. So BEWARE.

Lady came out quoted £1300 for power flush a Unit fitted to the boiler and foil back of radiators engineers came to do it on the wrong day I said you may aswell stay now you are here after looking at the boiler said he could not put the unit on the boiler and wanted to charge me 1,000 for a power flush i said no. So I decided to look for someone on checka trade and found someone local I was gobsmacked how much he said £300 I told him how much I had been quoted he said I cannot I understand why they charge so much its not that expensive a job to do and with that he fitted the unit to the boiler so happy I did not go with uk save ltd yes they are a ripoff company

Cannot get anyone to answer phone calls or e.mails.We had homesave on 7th March 2022.Have tried contacting this firm to come out for Annual clean butto no avail.

I had my 82 year old mother on the phone at 6am say that she said she thought she had done something foolish, she was right! luckily she looked at these reviews and changed her mind. She was lucky as as the work was planned for the same day that the salesperson called, but they rearranged for the nest day. They are still using the thermometer trick "oh look some of your radiators have different temperatures" Duh, of coarse its not going to be even. Funny that all these negative reviews involve the elderly. Wanted to charge her £1300 to remove sludge! Its already got a magna filter, and the boiler is serviced regularly. If you are reading this and have it booked call them and cancel you are in your rights to do so, don't take any flim flam. SHAME SHAME SHAME,

My elderly mother in law was just visited by a sales person from this company. The original call said it was an energy efficiency survey. But it’s a sludge clearing service. The sales person was pushy, wouldn’t leave any information, got upset when we wouldn’t sign up. I was shocked, she became quite rude when we said we would need to think about it. Utterly shocked .

This company does indeed prey on the elderly and give no cooling off period. They showed my in-laws a thermal camera image of a radiator being hot at the top and cooler to the bottom as it should be and said it wasnt working properly where in the physical world ,hot water rises and colder water is less dense and sinks so it can be re-circulated. Then tried to charge them £1100 for cleaning system and replacing inhibitor chemicals. I turned up and they put in reverse and tried to leave but not before i gave them some stern words as to there practice.
