Very informative and very good workmanship

Matthew explained everything so clearly and showed me the images of all my radiators that had an enormous build up of sludge in them. No wonder they had been so inefficient over the last few years! The team of Kelvin and Declan came to sort it out. With the machine they used I saw all the sludge come out and believe me it was a huge amount. They managed to get every radiator working to what they should be hot all over! I am absolutely delighted with the end result a nice warm toastie home and it will certainly save me money on my oil bills.

Arrived on time explained what they were going to do, flush the central heating, fit new filter, bleed and balance radiators, fit radiator shields. All done in a cheerful and professional manner, hopefully in due course will reap the rewards with lower bills.

Very easy experience - 10 am Dean arrived, checked our system thoroughly and showed us the build up of sludge in our radiators and calculated the efficiency of our radiators - highest 62%, lowest 40% (most of our 11 were only in the 40's. Discussed the savings should we have a new filter and a whole system flush. Agreed to have these jobs done. 1 pm the guys arrived to complete the work. V cheerful and chatty, worked quickly and cleanly. 2.45 pm all completed. The amount off sludge removed was incredible. Would certainly recommend having it done, and these guys to do it (Calven and his workmate).

Good job well done, they did the job in an efficient manner and explained what they were doing. The job was for my mum's house but I was happy to pay for it because the radiators are 50 years old and in need of a good clean out. They also put reflectors on the radiators under the windows.

Be very wary of what your buying. £1500 (discounted to £1000) for a system flush that you most likely don't need. A local gas safe engineer / plumber would cost a fraction of this.

I have just had my radiators flushed out by Kelvin and Deecan,their work has been satisfactory and they were very helpful and polite, I am happy to commend their work and attitude.

Matthew was very courteous and very knowledgeable - a decent man. He explained everything clearly and left a price/estimate of work which may help reduce my energy costs. No pressure from him at all. I have declined to take up the firms offer, but can't complain about the staff, either on the phone lines or in person.

Dean explained very clearly why we would benefit from having our boiler filter & radiators dealt with. I felt I'd caved in to yet another out-of-the-blue phone call about energy / switching suppliers etc but there had been sth about the call that made me give it a go. We were both frankly sceptical as we have investigated various ways of making our awkward Victorian house more environmentally friendly but within 5 mins of Dean leaving we had both agreed we were convinced & i contacted him straightaway. I also viewed ex-MP Siobhan Baillie's statement in Parliament in March? 2023 explaining the advantages of this procedure. 36 hrs later Kelvin & Deacon arrived & set to work, very considerate as they hopped around the house doing what was necessary. The whole arrangement worked like clockwork. We are very pleased we have managed to get sth done & the house is warmer. Well done.

Good company, very impressed.The salesman was kind and courteous, explained everything clearly and simply. Plumber came to do the work the very next day and he was lovely, kind, considerate and chatty. I did have an issue with a cold radiator the day after, some radiators half hot and half cold, one didnt work at all and one of the reflectors missing, but I phoned the office and plumber was back that same day, bled the radiator as it was just trapped air and replaced the reflector. I am feeling the benefit of hotter radiators already.. So glad I decided to have this done. Update: another problem, a leaking radiator which was found the day after the work was completed. Trying to get the plumber back again has been very difficult and the office not helpful at all, in fact, receptionist quite rude. Very disappointed as originally, I was really pleased with the staff and service and gave it 5 stars.. A shame this part has let down the installation which is why I am only giving it 3 stars now.
