Matthew from UK Home Save Ltd was extremely helpful and professional in advising me how I could reduce my energy consumption. He examined my gas boiler and examined the radiators with a heat camera and advised how this could best be done with a chemical system flush, protective chemicals and Radflek Radiator Reflector Shields behind the radiators. He explained the processes carefully and showed me videos as to how the chemical flush would work. He could see that I was apprehensive but took the time to allay my worries with details of the maintenance plan and the ten year guarantee on the Magna filter. I decided to go ahead and an appointment was made for the next day for Craig and Tim to carry out the necessary work. All three courteous employees arrived on time, treated me and my home with respect and explained everything to me in great detail and provided a detailed contract. They are a credit to your company. Fingers crossed, I will be reducing my energy consumption and my energy costs in the years ahead.

After a visit from two of their personnel last Friday we were left with a leak which was reported that day. Since then we have repeatedly rung and emailed in an effort to arrange to have the leak fixed before going away on holiday this Saturday. No one has ever answered the phone or responded to our messages. Eventually early this morning (Thursday) one of the out of hours team did call back to say that someone was booked to come today at 2.00pm. It is now late afternoon and they have not come. We are left in a very difficult position and will have to impose on neighbours to come in and empty the bucket. I have never encountered such complete disregard for the client and such unprofessionalism in their communications in any company I have previously had dealings with. The customer care of UK Home Save Ltd is a disgrace. Saturday 8th June I have now received a reply from Uk Home Save Ltd claiming that they tried repeatedly to call back and did not get an answer. My father is in the house all day and answers the phone. No call was received before we went away. Now they claim someone came to the house on the Thursday having had contact with us. We were both here all day. No one came. further more we only learned about the proposed visit because my father rang the out of hours line. No one directly contacted us about it. This reply is a nonsense. My initial review stands. We are on a water meter and have now been paying for this leakage for two weeks. Why should we now continue to try ringing and leaving messages when no one ever responds?
How do this ‘company’ get away with this for so many years?? Ringing elderly people saying they are in the area and can save them money. They offered my 81 year old mother a radiator flush for £1100 saving £400. Telling her the company was endorsed by the Martin Lewis show. I would avoid. And tell elderly relatives to be aware of these phone calls
It’s pointless writing a review because they do not take any notice. Been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks got no response from them at all . In the initial contact it stated the filter would be changed annually that’s a joke carnt do that if they don’t even respond to your calls. Advise people to give this firm wide berth to avoid being ripped off.
