Tyro are overall a merchant provider I'm really happy with. Their product is reliable and help requests are responded to quickly. The fees charged are competitive. The only things I would criticise is the time it took to set up MOTO access, multiple phone calls and broken promises, that was annoying but we got there in the end. Their online account access is excellent with comprehensive, downloadable reports and transparent monthly statements. They could make it better by making the transactions report 'searchable' by $$ transaction amount, currently you have to download to be able to search this way (if I am incorrect, please tell me how to do it!).

Tyro is a reasonably good eftpos provider, costs are lower than most of the big banks. It integrates with our POS. I'm a little disappointed that when the app was updated recently the login was reset making it seem to be an error. It took 2 days and some stress asking for a senior level of service to find out it was a simple fix. One of our machines drops out from either wifi or 3g regularly meaning that my staff or I need to problem solve it and switch connection.
