Easy to reach, person on the other end of the phone- very accommodating, helpful and friendly- had what we were looking for and found it, though it was the last one on the shelf. Appreciate how they went the extra mile in finding it for us!

Order a Bluetooth mic for my kenwood NX-5900 radio. I was charged for the mic: however, it's backorder with an unknown eta. This is no way to do business.
It has been over a week since I placed order (October 27th, 2022). As of yet the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. I contacted customer service 8 days after placing the order and noticing that there was no activity on the order. I was told that they would try to receive and ship out the item that day. I still haven't received the item and the status remains (awaiting fulfillment).
Your website advertised the radios ordered as in stock the day of purchase and after the card used was charged and my order had not been fulfilled I called to inquire and was told it would be "some time next month", which is very vague considering it was like Oct. 30th. You should maybe switch the setting on your auto mail out to ask for reviews after the order has been fulfilled.

It is now 11days after my payment, and it has not been given to a carrier to be shipped. This is not acceptable. I am canceling my order.

It was a farly simple purchase process and communication seem adequate and not annoying. We haven't completed the set up so if there is help available I would like to know.

Never shipped my order. Reached out to them twice with no reply back. A week went by and just found out my order still did not ship because "Billy is out of town". Poor communication and service. Don't waste your time and save yourself the headache.
Order#10911 September 17th....told by email order would ship on september 23rd. No update after repeated emails and it is now October 23rd. Absolute horrible customer service as others have reported. No2 nèd to dispute the charge with cc company.

Two Way Radio Center failed to issue a refund for my returned item. In addition, when item was initially ordered, shipment was delayed significantly with no updates given.
