I called when my order had not shipped. A lady actually answered the phone right away! She told me the radios where delayed and to check back at a later date. Then not long after I spoke to her, I got an email from a “Billy” from the same company. He found a solution and I received my radios within a week! This was a great customer service experience in a world where customer service no longer exist. I’m extremely pleased.

You guys get the product out quickly, and that is appreciated. The only complaint I would have is the product is not exactly what you display on your web site. I was hoping for the ear pieces to have the curled wire that gives more flexibility to the ear piece, but that is not what you shipped.
We did not receive the items.
I ordered a small six inch antenna and to my surprise it took almost ten days for the order to be processed, updated and shipped to me. I cannot see myself doing business with this company again.

I wanted that vhf. West Marine had none in stock and would have yo ship it here to Hawaii. They considered Hawaii as International and was going to charge extra. I went on line, found you guys . I ordered it with free shipping and got in a few days for less money than west marine. Thank you so much!
It has been a week and a half since I placed my order, and I have not received a shipping conformation. I also sent a message to your customer service and never heard back. At this point I am starting to get very upset.
Quick shipping appears to be quality product
The two pack of Midland radios were obviously used. Each radio had a sticker with a persons name attached to it and the radios and accessories were just thrown in the box. I have been promise new radios but have not seen the replacements yet. This has been over Thanksgiving so I’ll wait until late next week before starting my email campaign.
