Well, I ordered a certain radio and received something totally different without any communication about it. Apparently the radio I tried to purchase discontinued and they sent ones that were supposed to work with the current radios I have. But none of them work together. I called customer service who said that I would probably have to mail in our old radios to have them set to work with the new ones and was going to give me a call to set that up and I never received a call back. So now I have $800 worth of radios that do not work and now I’m going to have to take time out of my workday, again, to call customer service back to try and get it handled. Not super thrilled
still have not received my order, communications with this company is terrible. Very, very disappointed.
Fantastic experience. I ordered a vhf for my off shore fishing boat. I wasn't sure if it was in stock and shipping details. I sent a text it was After hours and i was not expecting a response right away. There was one. I still haven’t gotten my radios that said they shipped a month ago…
It's been a week and a half and my order still hasn't shipped. I've tried to get in touch with someone and still have not heard anything back. I could have ordered from another vendor and already received my order by now...

We received our new Motorola Walkies before the expected delivery date and they upgraded them to the new model since they don't make the old one I ordered anymore. I would order again in a heart beat!

Refiting my boat been doing business with multiple marine suppy on line stores. All good at shipping fast. When it came time to do radios Two-way Radio had best price, and the only one that had in stock. Not back ordered. Very best to do a transaction and shipping time with. From a list of high quitly online stores. Had a live operator that was knowable in they had in stock and what the radio was and how it worked. Thats a big deal for them to have knowable in what they are selling now days. Return calls and emails in 2hrs or less. Shipped from east coast to west coast in 4days time of payment to in my hand!! The product was not in stock, and after I waited a while and asked to cancel it, they handled it promptly.
Never received my purchase
I placed my order in April 27th, didn’t get the order. As today June 6th I haven’t heard from this people, not an email, not a phone called after I contacted them, and never response, what a scam. I contacted the bank and they credited my money. Never again will buy on this website.

Still haven’t received product
I got the radios after a bit of a delay and they were everything that I hoped for. Apparently they are backed up a bit, but all in all I got everything that I wanted and the programming was great. I would use them again.
