I use the device on my 2 way Kenwood radio. Since purchasing this I no longer have those annoying wires hanging from my headset. The product connected thru Bluetooth to my headset with no problem. Product exactly as described and works great. Highly recommend this product. Lighting fast shipping as well.

The mic doesn’t work at all.

Candra went above and beyond to help get us radios quick. We have had an order on BACK ORDER since August. But she helped me find a better radio that is upgraded and will also work with what we currently use and then offered to have it programmed before they shipped. This was such a better experience than the ones I have talked to in the past. Thank you

They advertise having the radios in stock. And after waiting some time I call and ask about my order, just to find out that I had to wait 5 more weeks for delivery.

I reached out to customer service to help with my order as the radios I need were for pretty tricky terrain. Customer service agent helped guide me to a radio that is performing much better than the last ones we had. Took a little longer to ship than I had hoped, but when I contacted the agent that helped me purchase they expedited my order and I had it within a couple of days. Very happy would recommend and purchase from again.

I’ve never received my radios

I am still waiting to hear if my items have shipped. The charge went on my credit card fast, but no confirmation email or anything.

I ordered radios and then was told radios were back ordered until October. If I had known that befor ordering I would have tried somewhere else.

I ordered two way radios that showed in stock and delivery by a particular date. I had searched the internet over for this particular model, so that everything would work seemlessly. These were to be added to an already too small group of coms, for the purpose of supporting the flood relief in Eastern KY. There was a “need by date” which was beyond the promise of delivery. After a few days, in which the delivery was already late, I sent an email inquiry to make sure these would be delivered as needed. Several days later, and post the need for the product, I received a response stating that there were backordered by the manufacturer. No worries, typically… right? But the promised delivery date, the need for truth in advertisement, and the slow response has burnt me on this company. By the way, post my week long trip there to support folks who lost everything, the radios still have not been received and no eta. Not will they cancel the order that I no longer need. I’m not a fan.
