The operator first called asked my name instead of asking for the person on the order then asked me to give her all my information. When clearly the news suggests all day not to give personal information on the phone. So I hung up. Then I get an email to call then, so I could verify the order. I tell her it all correct then she wants me to fax my drivers license for a $20 order? That’s to much if some one was going to fraud I’m sure it would be for an order more than $20. Just cancel my order now she really making me feel it’s a fraud company to request a copy of my drivers license for $20.

When we first got our Motorola radio's in I had trouble setting up one radio and tried calling the name on the business card several times. (Chris Dunlap) I would never get an answer back so I finally tried the 855 number and got ahold of Candra and it has been an awesome experience ever since. Candra helped me with a defective radio and even sent us a couple of demo radios so that we could make it through the black Friday craze. Candra also let me know about the rebate going on with Motorola so we went ahead and ordered a few more radios to qualify for the rebate. Candra is awesome and I would highly recommend her and wire fox to anyone.

They got me the right radio by recommending to change to another radio than the one I had picked and they programmed the right frequencies before shipping it to me. The hand written note in he box I got in the mail had the name and phone number to call if I had any issues to fix or discuss. The radio worked the first time in my work environment on the right frequency with good sound. The charging base and the radio clip and the D ear piece worked good the first time. All is well.
