Selected radios i wanted online that were in stock and paid for them. Then was informed that they were discontinued for a long time and would be replaced with radios I didn't want. After emails back and forth with the salesman over several days he found me the radios I wanted. Your website shouldn't sell merchandise that you discontinued.

I called for the third time to see where the right batteries were (they placed the wrong ones) and the woman who took the call was extremely rude! When I tried to tell her what I was calling for she interrupted me and kept saying "what's your invoice number", I told her the phone number and then again tried to tell her what was going on and she again interrupted me by saying "yeah I pulled it up" she then proceeded to tell me that the batteries that were placed were the right ones for our walkies, I said no they aren't and she kept saying "yes they are" like I was lying to her about it! I asked her to transfer me to someone else and she said "there is no one else". She then said "oh wait I read that wrong hold on" and put me on hold. She came back and said they were never placed and do I want them to send them or a refund. Never apologized for HER mistake, she was the WORST!!! Apparently not the first time people had bad customer service by the reviews I read!!

I recently purchased a Hytera ACS-01 cable from Two Way Radio Center. Unfortunately it did not work. Two Way's customer service was horrible. Not only did they not help me troubleshoot the problem, they tried to convince me that a cord with a microphone and PTT switch was receive only and not intended to transmit. I was forced to contact Hytera directly. Hytera's engineers confirmed I was using the cord correctly and that it was defective. Two Way refuses to authorize a return. Hytera had to put me in contact with a local distributor to resolve the problem.

I have yet to receive my order. Every time I check the website it says awaiting fulfillment. This is ridiculous and a sorry way to do business. I’m beginning to think that this business is a scam.

When we needed to add more walkie talkies to our Centre, the current ones were discontinued. With quick communication, we were able to get new ones that are compatible with ours and they came to us preset and arrived the next business day.

After a few back and forth with "Billy" I have placed my order with the Two Way Radio, but since then (three weeks ago) there is total "radio silence". I've asked them twice to provide a tracking number or to just let me know if they still have the item. No response. I am surprised that they have such good reviews on Google Maps, but unfortunately I will have to ruin that for them with a few 1* reviews...

Honest product. I work in a jail where a radio is a lifeline. About 7 of my coworkers feel the same way and tried your lapel mic. They love them. Great product and thank you so much for what yall do....

Placed my order over a week ago. A shipping label was created but my order hasn’t been shipped yet. No updates provided. Call the phone number and get no response.
