Paid for radios and never got them.
I purchased a radio last week and i purchased the program so i could set it up, the program didn't work, when i called the lady who answered the phone had 0 customer service skills and was extremely rude, after a few minutes she put me in hold and i think by accident she took my call again and i could hear her manager telling her to tell me they were gone for the day and call the next day. Definitely not the experience a paying customer deserves, i was told the program to get the radio working was super easy to use but here i am a month later and my radio still doesnt work.
Ordered the product over a week ago and haven’t received it.

I'm not sure what to say. It's been 9 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't been shipped. Communication with any representative is easy but they have to respond for that to happen. I'm just hoping for the best. Not sure if my experience is like that because I'm outside of the United States. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I shouldn't have any problems getting a refund, if it gets to that. It's my first time buying here and I'm not sure if I'll do it again. Buyer beware with this company.

Do not buy. I have been dealing with an order for almost three months. I ordered two ear pieces for my Motorola clp1010e radios. Mind you I have 14 of them for our restaurant staff to be able to communicate. So I receive the pieces and they didn’t work. The plug end doesn’t even look the same as my other earpieces. I tried multiple times to reach someone to no avail. I finally call after said multiple emails to the service person I was assigned. I was asked multiple questions as they just couldn’t understand how they could be wrong and asked if I was sure I was plugging them in right or if maybe my radio was broken? My reply was so you are trying to tell me that all 14 of my radios are broken or defective. So then I was asked to send photos. So I did. Even took photos with the earpieces that work and come with the radios. You can clearly tell the end is not right. So I have to pay to send “defective” brand new earpieces back when a label should have been sent to me at their cost. I could understand if I ordered an incorrect earpiece but I was told from the number provided I ordered the correct piece so I mailed the two earpieces back at my expense and still have heard nothing or received replacements or my money back DO NOT BUY FROM TWO WAY DIRECT unless you want to waste your time trying to get issues resolved. It’s going on three months oh and my two ear pieces were over $80.00 I have been in the service industry since I was 18 so over 40 years. This is not how you treat customers especially if you want repeat customers

Ordered a radio months ago. No communication from the company. Hard to reach them. When they make a delivery commitment they don’t meet it and don’t follow up.
