Coordination between walkie-talkies of different brands seemed to be unresolvable, but continued attention by Candra has given complete resolution to the coordination issues. Thank you so very much! I researched and found Two Way Radio and found them to be a reputable company with products that deliver as stated. Their customer service is great and you actually get to speak to a live person who knows the products. Can't tell you how nice that is in these times. I ordered a Motorola CLP1010e and it works wonderfully for my wedding photography business.

I have five multi-channel Motorola walkie-talkies for my team at our annual competition. They sat unused for two years. Two had a bad battery, and one was missing. (What?!) Our event was Saturday. My discovery was very early Tuesday morning. I started an internet hunt but found nothing available or not arriving in time. All were at a higher price point. Then I found the Two Way Radio Center website. Their price was great, but their website didn't offer a two-day shipping option. I called TWRC after they opened that morning and spoke to Candra. She confirmed the batteries were in stock, let me use the first-time buyer discount offered online, and shipped the package to arrive Friday. Candra emailed my order slip to me, too. The shipment arrived just in time for us to set up our event! I was so relieved and very grateful. Candra did a great job and was very accommodating. My only suggestion is to provide the tracking number of the package with the invoice. To Candra's credit, she checked it for me when I called Friday morning. Thanks for your help, Candra, and thanks TWRC for a great experience at a reasonable price.

Never received my products after being assured it was being split and sent due to an urgent need. Despite being assured via text my order would arrive, it did not. After following up to find out where my order was, they informed me that the package was never split up and was sent to my billing address across the country vs my shipping address. After all this they still wanted me to track someone down on the other side of the country and find this package so it can then be properly sent back across the country. **To their reply** the only solution given to me was for me to track down a body on the west coast to figure out how to get their package to the properly shipped location. And because I said "hell" and "JC" the customer rep got all agressive and rude. Other than having my self / company spend a few hours wasting money and time to get a screwed up package nothing was offered other than a label. Some solution you offered. DO NO RECOMMEND ONE BIT.

Been waiting a month was told it was in stock when I ordered a week later I was told they would be working on it today last week was told it was in the warehouse being programmed. Still no real response in when or if I will ever get the radio I ordered.
