I was a first time buyer looking for OEM speaker microphones. Because of all the shortages in the supply chain, I inquired about their inventory before placing an order. They immediately responded which allowed a quick internet order submission. This group had the inventory available at a price that was very competitive. A short time later, on that same day, I received a notice the mics were shipped. They arrived quickly and well packaged. I will not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

Bad battery life and hit or miss if you can hear on the other end.
I ordered $670 worth of 2 way radios on 1/29, my credit card was charged on 1/29 with ship date on or before 2/13. I still have not received shipment, I have called, left messages, emailed and left messages on website at least 6 occasions and haven't heard back from anyone. I am going to turn this in to fraud department with my credit card if I do not hear from the company in 24 hours.

My experience ordering and receiving 6 lithium-ion batteries was great. I appreciate the discount you gave our church. My only comment is that I would have liked to have been notified that these batteries were not in stock and I would have to wait a couple of weeks to get them. This was fine, but after waiting a week and not hearing anything I was getting a little worried as this was the first time I ordered from your company. But all is good and I would certainly order from you again. Thank you!

You sent me an email on 2/24 stating that our item had been shipped. When it still hadn’t arrived on 3/4 I sent an inquiry and you sent another email saying that our order would ship around the middle of the month. Which email is a lie?

When I placed this order, the site stated the batteries were in stock. Then I find out they are back ordered until March. Kind of disappointing when our batteries are failing.

I still have not received my order
Website was very informative of the product. Even if you are a begginer into the communiations world, they make it easy to find the solution that best fits your needs. The 5 radios we ordered work perfectly and perform exactly as the information states on their webpage. 100 percent would order again from these guys.
I ordered the radio and was told I would be provided shipping confirmation. After four days I called to get the confirmation number and they told me the product was on back order and the lady was rude and said she would just give me my money back.
