It took only a day to receive the equipment, when other vendors offer at least several days for delivery. Also, they answered my questions very quickly.
I received an email that my item had shipped. Tried to track and post office said they had not received it to ship yet. Waited a week with no updated shipping. Called the company and was told they probably never had one as they are all back ordered. I was never updated that they were back ordered. Did not receive an apology. Item was a Christmas gift that I thought would arrive in time but now have been told sometime in January. Maybe. Canceled order which was handled quickly and efficiently.

It's hard to rate something I have not received yet. I have ordered the D ring from you before and it worked good. Hope the new ones work good they are Christmas presents for co workers. Iam sure the rating would have gone up if I had already received them.
I never received an email confirming my purchase even after calling and asking for one. 9 days have passed without receiving my merchandise or any updates. All items were listed in stock and when I called to confirm my purchase I was told that the warehouse was processing my order. Really skeptical about this company right now. After posting this review, my order was canceled and they claim to have refunded my money (I don’t have reason to doubt them). Unfortunately, they have totally relied upon an automated email system for communicating with me. They claim to have sent me multiple emails about my order and it’s cancellation, yet I never received any of them. I’ve called twice and had a return call from them. I really appreciate a business that answers your call with a live person. The folks that I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. I’m disappointed that after they saw my negative review they canceled my order without making any effort to communicate with me except through their malfunctioning automated system. I called the day after my order was placed and expressed my concerns about not receiving a email confirmation. Evidently that didn’t raise any concerns about their system because that’s all they relied upon. I’ve now been accused of calling them a crook in my review. I’ve left the original review for you to decide. I’m sure many customers have had a good experience dealing with this company, I have not.

Odered a radio because this website said ships the same day. No e-mail confirmation sent so i called the next day, talked to a girl with a television loud in the background. She said they had my order in hand and were shipping it out that day the 3erd. Lied. the product did ship on the 7th, their free shipping is USPS, now the usps people have completly screwed that process up and the radio is late even by their standards.
After a mixup, the company kindly sent the correct item ordered
I have not received my products yet. I call customer service and get voicemail everytime.
Just what I ordered and delivered very quickly.
It seemed like a fair price. No communications regarding ship date. After 3 weeks and having tried to communicate with them, I got a text saying they were short staffed. I then asked for a refund and asked to cancel the order. I work in supply chain/ logistics and understand staffing issues. Even in these situations, the customer is more understanding when they understand what the situation is and why there are delays.
Found site - compared prices; asked for a discount and got one and I made an order that fast!
It took the item almost 3 weeks to get here and it was not what we ordered. Anytime I request a chat I never get a response other than someone will contact me. When I call have have to keep selecting the 1st option over and over again until someone actually answers. I am still trying to get answers on why the wrong item was sent. This is for a business so it has been extremely impacting.
