I bought a bike, mudguards, and rack none of which fitted. The bike didn’t have attachments on the frame although the ad said it did. I contacted Merida. No response. I contacted Tredz 2-3 times. No progress. I am resolving it myself with help from a local bike shop. With Tredz you are on your own. Poor and impersonal service. They may win on price but that’s about it. Think twice before buying from Tredz.

The SRAM DUB bottom bracket is superb, I used to have to change them every 9-12 months, this has lasted two years and is still feeling like new. I have only actually bought a new one just because my group set is well past best and it makes sense to renew it at the same time Tredz did it again, great price and rapid delivery, it’s always 5 stars for Tredz.
