There was a good selection of bikes at competitive prices. Once ordered the bike arrived in perfect condition within 3 days. Minimal assembly required (handlebar alignment and pedals to be fixed) and very clear instructions (and tools) were provided. Very positive experience.
Ordered a carbon fibre bike it turned up with a 2 inch scratch or crack in the frame had to return. First time I have had this problem with tredz could of been done by there technicians can't imagine it would of have happened in transit the box was bomb proof
