What an amazing and helpful company. With excellent customer service and support. When we had a delay in moving they held our shipping without any fuss and did not stress us out with questions. An excellent company and will definitely use again.

A very good courier agent. Many services are very competitive. We use all other online agents, but this one is much better than others, has UK-based customer service where you can call, and deals with your queries quickly. They have their own van for even cheaper services. Whereas most other online agents are rude and often try to cheat you by sending false bills. Once you have an issue you will know who is trustworthy. So just keep your eyes open.

I have used the company now for over a year and I can honestly say nothing but very very positive things about them. There pricing is very good, customer service fantastic and the staff at the NW based depot, and the driver (Luke) are all great and couldn’t do more to help. If you are looking to send parcels around the U.K. or abroad this is the company for you. They have never lost or damaged any parcels and I find that even the economy service gets across the world in record time! Will continue to use them for all my postage needs.

The test of service is when things go wrong. DHL made a delivery to a residential address in the same area as the consignee company. Chloe was very helpful to sort out.

I first came by Transglobal express when looking into sending some items to Australia. I hadn't sent anything as far as that before so was unsure of the process and best way to do it, also how customs worked. I tried a couple of service providers but couldn't get past a live bot chat. Then I happened across Transglobal...who had a phone number...with a human at the other end....how very un 2023!! I called up and explained what I wanted and within a short time I got a call from parcel sending supremo Jill. She has been a massive help in advising, processing and shipping the parcels I wanted to send to Australia. I have also used Transglobal for some shipping for work. We dont sent much but from now on it will be Transglobal on everything I send. Personally or for tve business. Transglobal offer a customer focused, results driven service and I for one throughly recommend them for any shipping you need to do...domestic or international

I hate Transglobal. It's gone from a reliable overseas shipping broker to a despicable one in a very short time. Customer service reps used to be very helpful but recently have taken to lying to cover up its mistakes, i.e. Giselle, if that's really her name, and assuming she's not AI. And I hate FedEx because it delays delivery of every single package I ship from the UK to the US, and always sends an additional invoice charging for "disbursement" or some other obscure reason. That's why I chose UPS as the carrier on the Transglobal website for a recent delivery and paid extra for that. Yet Transglobal changed it to FedEx without my permission and "Giselle" says I "chose" FedEx instead. The details showing UPS as my choice are clearly outlined on my orders page on the Transglobal website. Avoid this company. It's cheaper to just contract UPS directly than through this unscrupulous broker, and UPS will deliver within a week, not the full month it took FedEx.

Speed and information provided

I've been working with TGE for a couple of months now sending small parcels (technically large letters) to the US. They offer the best prices by far and allow me to expand into US markets in a way that's friendly to both ourselves (Price) and the customer (Tracking). I've ran into one or two issues in the past that have required me to contact the customer support, though not issues caused by TGE -- both occasions have been dealt with wonderfully; very helpful while still being human. It's strange, there's a sort-of 'small' vibe to the company given how human and friendly the experiences have been. I do genuinely adore it. I do wish to give a shoutout to Kasia and Ben, who are the CS staff who've been helpful and understanding. I also want to give a shoutout to our regular collections driver Maciej who has always been prompt and friendly -- seems like a wonderful human being.
