Someone send me a package he said it is a surprise but when the express transglobal costumer service message me they said to pay for the delivery fee amount of 3,000 baht so I paid. Next they ask me to pay 10,000 baht for the package since it has something valuable I borrowed money and paid for it after paying they ask me again to pay for another 3,000 baht for the delivery fee and blaming because I make it delayed.So this is my fault now for looking for someone to lend me money just to pay for the package.After I have paid for the delivery fee they ask me to pay for another 10,000 baht because they have found another valuable item. I ask them why not found the item in the first place if they have checked it already. So tell me now express is this legit or scam because I have been borrowing money and it will be deducted to my salary.The money I have been sending them is for my little boy to be able to eat and go to school has now been vanish because of that package.

Perfect service every time, notified when driver will arrive to collect. Much faster to USA than Royal Mail, often cheaper too with tracking included. Even get loyalty points. Just brilliant!

TransGlobalExpress is fairly priced, reliable, efficient - operating at a level far above other couriers in the market at the moment.
A delivery recently went amiss, due to a driver mistaking the flat number and delivering it elsewhere, but the company were brilliant at fixing it. I rang and spoke immediately to a customer service agent (Frazer), with no holding, or computerised voice. He rang me back once they'd planned the re-pick up and updated me, very apologetic about the mistake. The driver returned the same day and I got my parcel delivered.
Have been using their service for past few years and seriously I don’t want to use any other vendors now. Amazing customer service and support. Never had any issue so far. Thank you

Beaten all my expectations. By a country mile. Needed to import a bunch of motorbike bits from the US, these guys have quoted the best price out of all the comparison engines I’ve used - £53 for a 5kg parcel on a supposedly 2-3 days service. Compared to most others being 8-12 days and a lot more expensive - parcelmonkey/parcelhero/parcel2go etc. was a bit hard to believe 😅). Gave it a go and voila - made booking Sunday, they’ve collected Monday (Massachusetts) and delivered (Glasgow) Wednesday noontime! That’s faster than Royal Mail within the UK 🙌 They’ve also called to double check all the details which I’ve never had happen with a courier. Very impressed with their services and will use them again.

We have been using Transglobal for over five years now and have found them to be consistently efficient and nothing is too much trouble. If we encounter any problems they quickly and efficiently assist in providing a solution.
Wvat a c**p service!! Would not recommend, the drop off parcel shop in Chatham Kent refused to sign drop off receipts and getting away with stealing at least 8 high cost parcels of mine, utter thieves!!! Transglobal only paid out the material cost and thst was a battle to get.. Leaving me out of pocket by £300.. I refuse to ever use this company or trust them with my goods again!!

Consistently exceptional service! I've relied on TransGlobal for the past nine months, and they never cease to impress. While there have been occasional hiccups with DPD or DHL, those are beyond TransGlobal's control. Nonetheless, whenever they can intervene, they deliver a stellar 5-star service. Furthermore, their customer support is absolutely outstanding.
