Anything from 2-20kg has been known to arrive within 1-2 days if it leaves no later than Wednesday. Faster and more reliable than most RoyalMail first class stamped letters. So plan your Christmas parcels with TGE and delight your overseas families.
Transglobal Express are a great company and the issues I had with the carriers (DPD minor and Fedex Major ) were handle efficiently and quickly by TGE . Their documentation could be a little more user friendly for personal customers who have to fill it out intermittently. But this is a minor point.
My sister was returning to the UK from USA and wanted to bring some boxes of personal items for which customs clearance was required. Quotes in USA were around $3000 for a 2-3 week delivery. TransGlobalExpress did it for $700 and the items were collected on Friday and delivered the following Tuesday. The people at TGE did all the paperwork and could not have been more helpful. If there were 10 stars i would give them. I would highly recommend this company
A positive experience from start to finish. I struggled a little with completing documentation but spoke to Kasai who sorted me out in a professional, pleasant and efficient way. Jules collected my parcel within 2 hours of my booking. He was smiling and very efficient. My parcel was delivered quickly, safely and economically. I have used this company 5 times now and what makes me come back is the customer services. Booking and shipping is easy and any questions someone is always there to help my only wish is that the website does not have a timeout for the commodity codes as this do takes time when you have a lot of items sending but, hopefully this can change. The staffs are always very helpful however, Aisha Adem stands out in every different way she was so so helpful and patient she went the extra mile for me, as Fedex needed a form filling out in which I was not suppose to filled out as I am sending my items as a private individual but, Aisha was so professional and wonderful and got it sorted out for me quickly by calling Fedex about the issue so, my parcel was able to send and received without any further delays.
