We had a few issues halfway getting past a section, so we called in for help. twice a member of staff had great patience with us to guide us thru the section.
Nicola once again patiently helped me with my parcel. She was helpful and worked very hard on my behalf to ensure my parcel had all the right paperwork. Really appreciate this great company
For shipments to the USA and larger deliveries within the UK, I always prefer to use Transglobal. Their prices are most competitive and their staff are really helpful. The majority of other couriers don't even have a phone number and make it deliberately impossible to contact them! I've always had confidence in using Transglobal - thanks to Ben for recently sorting an issue without any drama.
Over a month parcel is not delivered and transglobal delaying tactics to compensate, lost several parcels in the past and they said it’s over 30days and can not claim compensation. Then started keeping an eye and it’s over a month parcel is not delivered, this time raised issue within 30 days and transglobal is using lame excuses to pay the claim, Abd to my surprise they jumped straight from 1.8 stars to 4.2 stars on trust pilot wow 🤮🤮🤮 , they are not worth zero stars even . Seems they have get through the trust pilot system to get fake reviews. High surge of reviews in July August and September is quite concerning . Improve your mal practice rather get dodgy reviews And you have to the pay the cost of consignment , not only the buying cost of product because you are responsible for this loss. We pay advertising cost and time to get a customer and then you loose the parcel and do not pay the claim . TP-6186297

Sent a parcel to Belgium 3months ago, this company sent me an email said the recipient refused the parcel (it's probably a lie). And asked me if I want the parcel the send back to UK (costs me another £6.76) or redeliver (£7.95). I have told them to destroy the parcel as it is long time ago, but they said they still have to charge me £6.76 in this case. Awful service, avoid this company
